            Extremelet dissapointed, i paid $6,000 all at once of my hard earned tax dollars signed all power of attorneys ensuring complete representation, as an OTR truck driver i needed someone reputable to represent me with *** not to make me do all the work, nor expecting me to do all the footwork the fighting and arguing with *** and then bring them my findings receiving rude comments from *** agents as to how irresponsible i was for falling behind on my taxes, further distracting me from my dangerous job only to get further behind in my taxes allowing the *** to ***** and garnish my wages and freeze my bank accounts i expected more seeing how i did read reviews This review is not any way shape or form intended to defeme optima. Do you research well read reviews? And make sure you understand what you are receiving for services before considering them! thanks Optima!!! ??

            We have NEVER had this client, he never paid any monies to **, this person never paid OptimaNet Tax Services any fees, please ask the client to confirm name of who he has paid. We never did any work for this client. The client has picked a wrong firm with a very similar name as **. We are OptimaNet Tax Services in Encino **********, our phone number is **************. There is another firm that has a very similar as ** that starts with the name " Optima", and we had this issue many times, the client is probably looking for "Optima Tax Relief" that we have no affiliation with. many people type in 'Optima" and our name comes up first and many people don't read the names correctly and automatically assume its us. We are not a tax resolution firm, we are a tax prep  and bookkeeping firm.

            Please remove the complaint from our profile.
