    On June 5, I ordered three Hope Rings. with the total order costing $95.98. However, I ultimately wished to return them. I emailed the company asking to start the return process. First, they wanted a picture of the product, which I sent. Then they say they will email me a prepaid return label. I'm waiting and waiting, and receive no such email in my main inbox or my spam folder, or anything. Meanwhile, I actually receive a FOURTH hope ring, unprompted. I emailed the company again, telling them I did not receive my return label and was sent a fourth ring I did not ask for. They said they'll email the label shortly. To this day, I have not received that label. I want a refund onto my original credit card, and have emailed them repeatedly and have only been told over and over that they will send the label, and yet have still not received it.

    How did they charge my card when I didnt give them my number - if I dont receive my ring by end of week I want a refund!

    6/1/25 Ordered "Just Breath" ring from **************************. Ring arrived late. Ring was to have etched into it "Just Breathe" with wording in black. When received, the wording was so very tiny and with little to no black coloring in the lettering that the inscription was barely noticeable on the ring itself. I immediately notified the company that I was totally unhappy with the ring, that was was to be a gift, now too late, and that I wanted to return it for a full refund. Since that time, I was offered another ring "at no charge" but declined that offer. I stated that I wanted a full refund and request return information for the ring I was sent. I have been emailing "*********" with their customer service since June 7th, the response has continuously been the same: On 6/21 I received ANOTHER email with this response to my frustrated request for the return mailing address to ship the ring back:"Hope Rings <****************************************************>To: ***** ***** <*************************************>Hi *******, Thank you again for your patience, and I truly understand your frustration. I sincerely apologize for the delay in providing the return address weve been working with our logistics team to ensure accurate instructions before issuing returns, which is why its taken longer than it should. To avoid further inconvenience, we would be happy to send you a replacement ring right away without requiring you to return the defective one. We know this experience has been frustrating, and we want to make things right without any added hassle on your end. Please confirm if you'd like a replacement sent to the same address, and we'll prioritize it for you immediately.     I ordered an adjustable ring from Hope Rings (Swim Against The Current Ring Order #******) on June 2, 2025. I received the ring on June 9, 2025. I tried the ring on and it did not fit any of my fingers therefore I wanted to return the ring for a full refund. It would be returned in the original packaging.I contacted customer service via email and asked what I needed to do to initiate the return process.Their first email stated that they needed to confirm my return request with their team.The next email stated please send the ring back in the original condition and packaging. Once when they have received it they would process my return. They said they would send the return shipping address and instructions shortly.The last email they sent said they would not be accepting my return and if the ring was unworn and in perfect condition they would issue me a store credit. I sent a final email stating their policy is not transparent, I do not want a store credit and the only satisfactory resolution would be a full refund back to my credit card. This is my last correspondence from them and I am awaiting a reply Any help you can provide with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

    I placed an order with this company on May 25th, 2025. I never received any update as far as a tracking number so therefore on June 3rd I emailed them and requested it. This was specifically ordered for someones birthday and time was running out. On ********, I requested to cancel it and was told via email, over 12 hours later that the order has already been processed and shipped, again I asked for a tracking number but they could not provide me one and was promised as soon as they get the information they would send it to me. They did not. This company told me on June 4th it had already been shipped. I was able to finally get the tracking number and It did not ship according to **** until 7:35 P.M. on June 5th. Their website also states free shipping but I was charged 5.99 for shipping. Dealing with this business has been nothing but a headache and disappointing, between being lied to about when the ring shipped, to advertising falsely. I want to return this junk.

    Ordered a ring on May 21, 2025 for $52.33, the ring has not been received. I contacted customer service and got a reply from ********* who said she was going to check with logistics and has since failed to respond toy emails.

    I ordered a ring from Hope rings on April 18. The name of the ring was big sis little sis. It was shipped shortly thereafter andthe package has been bouncing around the ************* for weeks. *** requested a refund from the company three times and they just keep sending me the tracking number. I just want my money back.

    My husband had my daughter order a ring for him to give me for mothers day. He paid extra to get ot here on time. The ring did not arrive until 5/28/25. 2 "stones" are missing and a 3rd fell out before i even got the ring out of the box. It couldn't not be worse quality.I would like to have the money refunded promptly.

    I ordered 3 rings on 4/28/25 and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed twice - once for an update and once for a refund. The website fraudulently states that the business is in ********** but the order is being sent from *****. I would not have ordered if I knew that. It has now been a month and I have not received the rings I spent $130 on.

    A friend gifted me one of their hugs from heaven rings engraved with "Dad", after my dad passed away in February 2025. I've had it less than 2 months and it's already starting to tarnish.
