1 starOn June 22, 2020 I ordered 4 of the same rings from Hope Rings on June 22. One for me and the others to give to friends. After trying to get used to the ring on my fingers, it just wasn't comfortable and I decided I waned to return them. It cost me $119.97. I requested a return label on July 12, 2025. Sent them picture and told them didn't have the original shipping box they came in. They said that was ********************** sends my request to the department that reviews the pictures and asks if I want an exchange or a refund. I gave them all the information they requested several times and they keep using stall tactics to give me the address where I can return the rings. I really wish I had researched this company before I placed the order. I noticed there are many of the same complaints as mine and the BBB has succeeded in recouping refunds. I have been very patient up to this point, and now I just email them every day and ask what the delay is for a simple address. I never get an answer to that question. My *** at Hope Rings is always via email and has been very nice. The rings looked very nice too...just not for me. Can you help?Review fromJim G

1 starYou do not want to deal with this company, especially, if they send the wrong items. I ordered two Daughter Rings, they sent two Granddaughter Rings. I immediately notified customer support. Was told to take pictures of rings, which I did, then they would give instructions for return/refund. Next, I get an email that I could exchange for another item. I repeated I wanted return/refund. I get another email, asking for me to provide my order #, which I did. Three weeks later I am still getting automated texts and emails telling me to contact customer support. In addition, my original order of wrong rings was sent by a person named *****(001) Yasfbafrates from ****************, **. Not a HOPERINGS address. I believe the entire Hoperings is a scam!Hope Rings

1 starHelped my mother in law place an order 3 weeks ago for over $100 of ********************* had been received. Sent an email, no response. Paying for goods & not receiving the goods is not only theft but fraud. There is no direct contact # which is probably intentional & shows lack of customer support or care. My mother in law is upset as I am & this is unacceptable way of conducting business. They take your money & are near impossible to get ahold of in addition to no merchandise received.Hope Rings

1 starI had ordered urn jewelry from Hope Rings. The jewelry looks gorgeous in the photos. I thought I found a great site on Shop and it seemed like they operated in *****************. I checked ****** before my order and saw the company is listed in *********, **********. Cool! It is a US company! They primised 5 to 7 business days for me to receive my package, and I even added the extra $5 first-in-line priority. A week went by. Still no update on the order (it still said processing) and still no **** tracking number. I sent an email asking where my product was, how I was dissatisfied that I spent $5 to get it faster, and that I just wanted a refund (******** had better, more beautiful jewelry). I received a reply saying they couldn't cancel because the jewelry was on the way (still no tracking number for me to track it). I asked for a tracking number and I got one. The jewelry is coming from *****. It's not even "handmade" here as some of their other jewelries had listed ("handmade in **********").I ordered the two gorgeous necklacez from ******** for my sister and I, knowing that I will probably return this fake-metal having a** jewelry that will turn me green. Not to mention, I spent LESS on ********. My ************** is June 21st. I wanted to fill the jewelry with his ashes and wear it to the memorial. I wanted a piece of him with me as I gave my speech about him. Now I won't have ANY urn jewelry in time for this. I felt preyed upon. I was grieving, found this shop, loved the jewelry, and added the $5 express. It's been so long and now I find out it's some fake, Chinese jewelry. So disappointed.Hope Rings

1 starThis is not a true ********* organization as they claim to be. Once I ordered a few days later I checked on tracking information. When I inquired I was told there is a 5 day processing time before shipment of a just breathe ring. Followed by a 4 to 10 day shipping time. Since this was a birthday gift it would not arrive in time. When I asked to cancel the order and please refund. Well to my shock it was stated this could not be done because it was already in the processing stage. This is the worst kind of customer service. And certainly not what any so called ********* company would do, not even close to customer satisfaction. To top that there is nothing at purchase that says please allow 2 weeks before shipping and receiving.Hope Rings

1 starTook very long time to get here and I dont like it , it looks like a bubble gum machine ring, and its not self adjusting mine doesnt move at all. Website says there business is in ** but when mine said it had been shipped internationally I question why since their business page states Us and the answer was that the us office ran out of stock so it shipped from next closest warehouse. Sorry but I dont believe this . I believe they misrepresent their business being in the **. Its a cheap looking ring that me , my daughter and granddaughter will never wear. So disappointedHope Rings

1 starI purchased 2 rings from their ******** ad for ***** they claimed to be sterling silver. I bought two of the Just Breathe rings. Paid through shop pay. The order took about 3 weeks to arrive. When I took the rings out of the box I knew they were not sterling silver and I immediately sent them an email requesting my refund of *****. I asked how to send them back. I received an email from "*********" asking me to send them pics of my order. ( I had already sent them my order number but I thought okay I will send them the pics of my order to get my ***** back.After sending the pics to her no one has reached out to me. No one has answered my emails and forget about talking to a real person their listed phone number is non-existent. Since the Better Business Bureau is not able to take a complaint I have made it my mission to answer all questions that other prospective buyers with my experience with this scam company. My main reason is that prey on the grieving mentality that we as parents or wives are quick to answer your questions on ********. Then you order what you think is a quality product to protect your loved ones ashes and you send them money. You wait and when your product isn't the same as it is portrayed on their website you try to reach out to find out how to get your money refunded and what is the process to return this piece of s*** This is when they ghost you. I will continue to post my experience with this scam company to prevent any other grieving parents from having to go through what I have experienced.Hope Rings
