    I was told by S&B support that I could return my Crafty for needed repairs. Upon trying to submit for repairs, I was then advised there are no repairs for the Crafty, only a $200 "Upgrade" option to a Crafty+.I paid their extortion fee, then the webpage froze. I presume my order went through as I certainly got billed; but zero information came through about what else I'm supposed to do on my end. Did I need to return my old Crafty? If so am I supposed to return it before I receive the replacement? Was there any other benefit to returning my $300 device with a newly malfunctioning power button aside from $50 off another overpriced piece?I was previously very pleased with the engineering and craftsmanship of my Crafty; because it appeared to be designed in such a way as to easily facilitate repairs, thereby supposedly minimizing waste and offering value to the exceptionally EXPENSIVE OVERPRICED device.I cannot tell you how grossly disappointed I am to discover that NONE of that was the case, and that despite appearances *********************************************** is yet another environmentally unsustainable, gimmicky, customer unfriendly company. They talk a big game about their device design and warranty process, but in reality that's all it is, lip service to draw the sucker's in.Y'all had the chance to be great, a real fighter in the market for German reliability, quality and sustainability. Instead you went with the American flash in the pan route of being just another overpriced, disposable, hunk of junk that'll wind up clogging our landfills.I guarantee that after learning the truth about them through this experience, I will never recommend their products to any of my friends and family again; and will suggest against further stocking of their products in both my local and online shops. Especially when there's cheaper Chinese knockoffs that will fill that same disposable niche of leaking battery acid and non biodegradable materials into our landfills at a fraction of the cost.

    Horrible customer service. Item is defective and when I let them know they stated they are aware of the defect and then they just sent me the link to repurchase the item. I would expect them to replace free of charge considering they aware of the defective issue. Nowhere on the site or on the packaging for the item does it state that there is a specific set of cleaning procedures to follow in order to avoid the item breaking.

    They have zero customer service and DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT GIVE A S*** ABOUT ANYONE. ORDERED A DEVICE A WEEK AGO, NO SHIP DATE, NO RESPONSE TO MYSELF AND DOZENS OF OTHERS. THIS IS A TRASH COMPANY

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that their *********************************************** has not worked with me in a fair way to resolve a missing package issue. Somehow a wrong address was entered, thing is no where on their site was I able to find the wrong address that was entered. Also my last email was not answered or addressed. I was sent images of what was supposed to be an incorrect address that I supposed to have entered. I went to their site and was able to see all the info I entered prior to the mailing package to their company. I also had to go to the site to find *********************************************** address so I could mail the package. I never saw or could find anywhere on the site a place I could access this incorrect address less than correct it. I asked for at least a discount/store credit of at least 50% or something close to that to purchase a new vape from your company. No response has yet to be received. Horrible customer service.

    My husband researched the volcano hybrid for its concentrate aspect. We purchased from S&B, which said the concentrate accessories were included. We purchased a Volcano HYBRID, and an extra starter kit for $872 and change.We received the products, except the concentrate accessories. I reached out to the company. They said they could no longer sell them. I told them my husband bought THIS HYBRID at an extra $220 for the concentrates and asked for a refund of the $220, and the price of the accessories we paid for that should have come with the Volcano, and a refund for the price of the accessories that should have been in the extra starter kit that we purchased.I received another response that included a link to their exchange/refund policy. They said they off no returns or refunds of any kind. Please do NOT order from this company.

    Not satisfied with this product or the customer service. - The battery life is too short - The reservoir is too small - When you combine the two aforementioned qualities it is difficult for the product to meet its intent - We also have concerns over the safety of the devices battery - Cleaning and maintenance is required too often for the product to remain effective -expensive (not worth the price)

    I am frustrated in the extreme with this company. I bought one of their devices, a Mighty plus, which stopped working within a few months of purchase. I sent it back for repair and they accepted the repair/return request but then sent the repaired/new (not sure which) unit to an old address where I haven't lived in over two years and which is no longer linked to my account. When I told them of this error and that I would lose the unit unless it was sent to my actual address -- the same address where the unit was sent when I purchased it -- they told me it was my problem and I could call *** to try to correct the situation. I've bought literally thousands of dollars of merchandise from them and this is their response. They have not responded to my email(s) back expressing my pure and genuine outrage. You can't reach the company by phone.

    My experience was exactly the opposite of many of the other reviews listed here. I found the S&B customer service to be extremely responsive and efficient. I mistakenly emailed the ********* with my initial service request, and they redirected me to the ** folks. A couple of emails later I was shipping my defective Mighty + to the *******, ** office. Fortunately, I had a PDF of the original invoice, which made the process much easier. I received email updates and in less than a week I received a package from S&B. I expected it to be my repaired Mighty + but when I opened the box, I saw that they had sent me a completely new device. I was not expecting a new device but simply to have my existing device repaired so I was pleasantly surprised to see a new Mighty + in the box. I found that anyone at S&B that I emailed was super responsive and friendly. I see that many of the negative reviews are from 2021 and I'm assuming that since then S&B has made some major changes to their customer service because I found them to be exemplary.

    Horrible customer service. Worst company to buy from as they DO NOT fulfill any warranty requests. There's no way to get a hold of anyone here. Their customer service department is full of crackheads.
