    I purchased an item and did not receive it. The tracking information shows someone signed for my package, at 11:58 am, in *****, *******, when I was located all day in *******, ******* and could not have signed for it. The company refuses to refund me or send a replacement, and instead they are choosing to keep my money and tell me that I am out of luck. I have provided a copy of my signature, which clearly shows it is different from the person who, signed, and I have provided Ring videos with time stamps showing that my car was located at my office in *******, ******* all day, including at the time someone signed for my package. I live alone, someone stole my package, and the company is refusing to make it right. By law, it is the seller's responsibility for lost or damages items, not the shipping company. Their refusal to refund my money or ship me a replacement is theft. I have tried repeatedly to work this issue out, to no avail.

    Horrible customer service. Item is defective and when I let them know they stated they are aware of the defect and then they just sent me the link to repurchase the item. I would expect them to replace free of charge considering they aware of the defective issue. Nowhere on the site or on the packaging for the item does it state that there is a specific set of cleaning procedures to follow in order to avoid the item breaking.
