1 starProduct does not work, honestly I tried lots of skin products and I thought that after seeing **** ******* sponsored this products I thought she would not lie but no I believe they paid her to do this. 1 starVery dishonest organization on a number of levels. 1. They do not make it easy to cancel their subscription. 2. I called to cancel my subscription. The moment I cancelled, the organization shipped me additional products and proceeded to bill me $333.00. 3. I now have to return the products (that I never wanted) back to this organization on my dime. I can only hope to receive my refund. I recommend staying as far away from this company as one can. It is far from a customer service oriented organization and very deceptive.Crepe Erase

Your subscription was cancelled on May 28th but the replenishment kit you are referring to was shipped May 23 and per **** delivered on June 2nd. Since it was already in route to you when you cancelled, information about the available 60-day money back guarantee was provided.
Although your account does not reflect any returns as of yet, we have cleared the remaining balance due for that 90-day replenishment kit as an exception to our return policy.

1 starThis business charges outrageous fees for its products as part of a "subscription" model which is not outlined in any documentation. I received no email confirming my purchase nor any advising me of my next shipment. They are refusing to stop the two $100+ upcoming payments. We regret if you were unaware of the subscription that was included with your purchase of the 30-day Crepe Erase introductory kit in April. We strive to be transparent with all our promotions and offers on our website. When customers choose to purchase a discounted kit offer they are informed in several places that the purchase includes reoccurring replenishment shipments until customer service is contacted to cancel the subscription. That information is provided before any personal information is entered and also in the initial introductory kit order & shipping confirmation emails. Crepe Erase products can be purchased without a subscription but only at retail prices, while members benefit from discounts up to 40% off and can pick and choose what is included in the reoccurring shipments. We apologize if you found the offer unclear in any way.
Your subscription was cancelled per your request on 5/30, but the replenishment kit had already been delivered 5/27. Our terms of purchase do state that cancelling stops future shipments, but it does not cancel any balance remaining for a full-size kit that has already been shipped/delivered unless that shipment is returned within the 60-day money back guarantee period for credit/refund.
As a goodwill gesture the remaining balance for your Crepe Erase replenishment shipment has now been cleared. Nothing further will be shipped or billed.

1 starThe issues I have with this company stem from the 'customer service' and account management webpage, or lack thereof. I recently purchased one of the introductory deals that they show on TV. **** about auto delivery that is automatically set up when purchased. Problem is that the account management website is not up, nor functioning and hasn't been for just about a month. So it was not an option for canceling as their product website suggests. I feel like this is a sham to make ppl either forget about the auto delivery or have to speak with someone about canceling. I did the chat option to cancel. Before the chat with the **** I made it clear with the ** auto-***ly that I wanted to cancel, and nothing else - costs and frequency of shipping were not the problem. However, the customer *** I was chatting with kept throwing options at me about cheaper costs and altered delivery options. But I made it abundantly clear I simply wanted to cancel. After multiple ***etitions of clarifying 'cancel' was the only option I wanted she finally canceled my subscription. I feel that if someone requests canceling, respect that decision from your customer and cancel it. Don't hassle them into another means to keep buying your stuff. Definitely need to get away from the script they have their customer service ***s following.Crepe Erase

1 starI ordered some and right away they charged me again and were sending more. I am trying to unsubscribe but they wont let me and you cant ever talk to an actual person. I dislike the product. It comes in small packages and when it dries it crumbles and falls off in little *****. Its gross! Ill have to go my bank to stop payment since they wont cancel my orders! 1 starMy credit card was charged so I decided to cancel my membership. I reached "*****" when I called customer service. ***** said that my credit card was charged for only 1/3 of the amount due which would total $278.00. I told him to cancel my account; he became argumentative, asking me why I want to cancel. I told him it was too expensive so I didn't want any more product. He said I would be receiving a shipment tonight and when I return it I will be charged shipping and handling; also he offered to eliminate the last of the 3 payments; which I rejected. The discussion with ***** was very difficult. The product is good at best, but definitely not worth the price or the hassle.Crepe Erase

1 starI purchased one product, received a second one I didn't order and found out I was committed to a 3rd if I didn't get the 2nd returned before the 3rd shipped. When an introductory kit is purchased and the subscription activated there is no commitment to future shipments or minimum to buy; customers can cancel at any time. When you contacted us to cancel your 2nd shipment (a 90-day supply with cost split into 3 payments) had already shipped. Canceling the subscription stopped any additional shipments but it did not cancel the remaining payments due for your 2nd shipment. Orders that have already shipped at the time of cancellation will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Your shipment was processed as return at our facility a refund was issued on 3/3/25 and the remaining balance cleared.

I immediately contacted the company and cancelled my account. Now they are trying to charge me $115.42 for product I never received. We regret to learn that you were surprised to receive a 2nd shipment. We do make every effort to make the offers as clear as possible on our websites, as well as by phone. When you placed your initial order for a 30-day introductory kit online in September, information regarding the automatic replenishment shipments and cost is provided in several places before any personal information is entered and before an order can be submitted. In addition, your entry kit was shipped with information about the terms of the subscription including the next shipment date.
Your account was canceled when your contacted us in October after receiving your 2nd shipment. It was explained at that time that the shipment was a full-size 90-day kit with the cost split into 3 installments to be billed over 31-day billing cycles. The 1st installment was charged when the order shipped; the remainder were scheduled for the following 2 months. While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel the balance due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation;they will continue to bill until paid in full or are returned for credit within the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. When we attempted to bill the 2nd installment as scheduled the request was declined by your credit card which activated the past- due billing process to send monthly notices advising of the balance. So, the remaining balance is for the 2nd shipment you received not for additional orders not sent. We regret any confusion regarding the billing process.
Although the *** has expired for your shipments as an exception to our advertised policy and a gesture of goodwill,the remaining balance has been cleared.

The website reflects two special offers at discounted pricing; the first is a 2 piece which is the offer normally advertised on TV; the 2nd is the 5-piece which is offered for $10-$20 more.
Your 1st 90-day replenishment kit was shipped 10/9/24. The cost of this full-size kit was split into 3 monthly installments to be billed over a 31-day billing cycle. We received your LiveChat request to cancel on 11/20. Information was provided regarding the remaining payment to be billed for the replenishment kit 12/10. We regret to learn while reviewing you account that due to an error the cancellation was not processed correctly, and your subscription remained active.
Because the subscription remained active a new replenishment kit was shipped 1/9/25. When you contacted us about this shipment a full refund was issued, you were told to keep the shipment as a token of our apology and your account was cancelled.
Rest assured your Crepe Erase account remains closed. Nothing further will be shipped or charged.

1 starI got sucked into buying the first kit in August/September, and still haven't tried it. But the issue is, the beginning of November I received another kit. I called them and told them I'd not approved the purchase and that they needed to cancel my membership. I offered to return it, but they said to keep it. On December 29, I got charged $112 and change from them. When I called, they said that it was for the kit I received in November. The one I, A)Didn't order, and B)Was told I didn't need to return. The woman on the phone today said it was too late to return the kit, which was unopened. I pushed until she said I could return it. I have to pay the shipping! Another issue. I went to my credit card company and filed a dispute, just to be sure this company really refunds my money. Bottom line, do NOT buy their products!Crepe Erase

We did receive a payment reversal from your financial institution on 1/9/25. While this chargeback created a credit in your favor with your financial institution, it restored the amount as a balance due and activated the auto past due billing to send monthly notices advising of the balance.
Although our records do not reflect that your 2nd shipment was returned the balance created by the chargeback has been cleared.

Its interesting you claim you did not return the 2nd shipment. I mailed it with the **** in January, right after speaking with customer service. Yet I keep receiving a bill for it, as recent as last month. Lets see if I get another bill for the products that were returned. Oh, and by the way? The products I DID purchase have yet to be used.
