  What a scam preying on people who don't read the fine print. The shipment comes and they bill you for three months and make it impossible to stop the shipments.

  Yesterday I received the first of an unauthorized shipment of these products. After some research I found the FINE print that indicated by purchasing the trial, I was signing up for a subscription that would cost me $90 per month. ****! I called today. I got a nice young woman on the phone and was told I had a 60 day money back guarantee. I just have to repackage and send back the package to the fulfillment center AT MY COST. I received an email that my remaining subscription has been cancelled and if I will call back with the tracking number they will immediately credit my credit card. I am going to do that, but am not holding out hope for the refund based on what I have read here. While I appreciate what the BBB is doing, If I don't receive the refund in in timely manner, I plan to file a complaint with the ********************************* and the ************************. This company needs to be stopped!

  I cancelled this subscription and they confirmed in writing and returned all of the products and they keep sending more and more for larger amounts. This is absolutely a scam! Don't use them.

  I like the product... however ... I have a transcript of me canceling auto renewals and have been changed not once but now TWICE for recorders I did not want! That's over $216!!!! I have tried to get through to speak to someone and no one is ever available. I had to do the canceling through their AI bot (glad I asked for a transcript) I have not even been able to go through the product received in my initial order let alone 2 more boxes of full size product!!! They should be ashamed at how they are doing business. I wish I would have read THESE reviews first!!!

  Purchased products unaware that it was a subscription until I was charged $113.38 for another shipment. I called and got disconnected when waiting for a human 3 times. Got on the website chat and after ******************************************************************************************************** talking about my skin type, got my subscription cancelled (I hope).Here is yet another shady part of their practice. They shipped me the products on the same day I cancelled. So, I have to return them to get my refund. Thats ok. Heres what is shady. They dont send a return shipping label, so I pay to ship it. However, my refund will be minus handling and shipping. I am doing the handling and shipping!! When I contacted them about this and asked about it, they said that covers the shipping and handling for sending it to me. I tried to explain to them that they charged me for shipping and handling in the initial purchase! So, they are basically charging me twice for something I never wanted in the first place.Buyer beware. This is a subscription only business. There are no one-time purchases. It is extremely frustrating to try and cancel and to try and get a human to help.

  Scam. The ads are grossly misleading. Apparently there is fine print that says you will be signed up for a subscription and it bills you damned near 300 dollars. You cant find anywhere online to cancel, the chat isnt helpful and neither are the agents. I had to dispute through ******. I asked to cancel and was told my order was being processed. Well, stop it. I dont want it and will be sending it back with return receipt. Disgusting. So many customers saying they had to call multiple times and had hundreds of dollars taken and never got product, then the company has the ***** go try to do a collection? Try it: I will write as many disputes as I have to, to every credit reporting firm. I hope you all get sued.

  Placed a one time order, then noticed a charge for *****, made a complaint to ****** to dispute this charge. ****** said this was a subscription that I ordered, I did not. I called crepe erase and was told to return items once I received them and call them with the tracking number and I would receive my refund. I did that and was told they couldnt issue a refund because the chargers were disputed with ******. Almost a month later and still no refund. Never order from The Body Firm or Crepe Erase unless you plan to lose money. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Total fraud.

  Advertising practices not transparent. An initial cost of ***** and then products are sent to you without notice. Trying to cancel involves holding on phone for customer *** for at least 30 min. The *** tries to send you another product" free" and delay your request to cancel further shipments. After back and forth, acct was cancelled as per e mail with a bill of ******!! Poor business practice. No indication that this was a subscription.

  I tried the product and liked it however I had a terrible experience when trying to alter the delivery schedule. There's no online customer account portal though its referenced on the site. I tried calling and couldn't get through. So I went to the chat. After a long wait I got through and asked to postpone my next shipment several months and change the contents of my order. The agent said they made the changes and read everything back. It appeared that everything was correct. I also asked to check if there was any order coming that month and was advised no orders were in process. I was then charged $112. Then received a package i was told wasn't coming. I was then charged another another ********************************************************************************************** Aug for another 112. I am not happy about the way the lied ir are incompetent in the handling of the issue. They still don't have a customer portal and it takes too long to reach an agent.

  Scam. I ordered and did not notice the subscription. So after not seeing any results, I attempted to contact them to get them to cancel as they shipped me another box. They make cancelling as time consuming as possible and as difficult. I finally got it cancelled only to be informed that they say I still owe them another $176.
