    Shoe dazzle is a complete scam if you dont use you ***** vip credits right away they will take them. They took ***** x 6 from my checking account and after the six months of member ship vip credits they took them right before Christmas on 2023. Today the debit same checking account for membership fees that were never authorized. Never hit a reburimbursed and no shoes BIG SCam

    0 stars if I could. I have been locked out of my account and I've been calling, emailing and chatting with no response for 3 days. I finally just called the bank and reported it as fraudulent.

    Something has changed for the worse with this company. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP. I've been a monthly subscriber for over (10) years.. and today have been on the phone on hold for over an hour, no reply via their "chat bot" and no reply to my email. It auto-replied from their zendesk as "non-existent." I wanted to void my monthly charge b/c I forgot to "skip the month" and now will be canceling... If I can ever get someone on the phone. Absolutely do not purchase from this company. Avoid at all costs.

    I've been on their customer service phone for 45 minutes again. Bringing the total time on the phone with no answer to 120 minutes. I've been trying to skip the month since 10:00 p.m. on October 5, 2025. I want to skip the month, but they billed me anyway, with no option to skip the month, which puts me at financial risk. If we don't get through to someone at their company, then we should tell everyone on all our social media channels how poor their service is.

    Negative ***** stars. I am submitting this complaint regarding ******* and ShoeDazzle, both operated by TechStyle Fashion Group.For the past week, I have made multiple attempts to skip my October billing period; however, the website and mobile app have been nonfunctional and unresponsive. I also made numerous attempts to contact customer service via chat and phone, but there has been either no response or extremely long wait times with no resolution.Despite my repeated efforts to avoid charges, I was billed for the month of October. I am requesting a full refund of the October charge and the immediate, permanent deletion of my account and all associated personal and payment information from your systems.Due to the ongoing technical issues and lack of communication, I no longer feel comfortable using your services. I have seen that many other customers are reporting the same issue, suggesting a widespread system or billing problem that needs to be addressed.I am requesting that TechStyle Fashion Group (JustFab/ShoeDazzle) confirm in writing that my account has been deleted, my data removed, and my refund processed promptly.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.Desired Resolution:Full refund of October charge Permanent account deletion and confirmation in writing Investigation into system failures and poor customer service responsiveness

    Shodazzle changed there number, they don't answer, nor can you login anymore to cancel your membership. I was charged and tried well before the cut off date to cancel.

    The skip ****** is not working and it has been days I have been trying to reach customer service. I tried the live chat support 2 days ago and no one has answered. I am on hold up to 40 minutes and no answer. This is unacceptable I will be canceling my VIP with them.

    I had 2 credits I was charged $49.95 each for. Unfortunately, I got logged out of my account and can not get back in. I've waited all day trying to get in contact with customer service so I can get my account back. I'm not sure what the email on my account is, so I need to speak with someone. No one answers live chat and I've been on hold over half an hour trying to get in contact with a live person. Years ago they actually used to answer the phone, and the VIP credits were a better deal. Now your reward for being VIP is you get to pay $49.95 for something someone else gets the less expensive retail price on. If I can't get anyone on the phone to help me access my account, I'd like a refund for my two remaining credits. This company has went downhill fast. I can't even cancel my account so I don't keep getting charged since I can't get anyone on the phone.
