      I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and to return product that I did not want. They are saying that I do not have an account yet my credit is charged every 2 months. Their chat service is ineffective.

      My purchase of ********* Beauty Perfecter Coverage left me covered in hives and needing to seek medical attention and taking taking two days worth of antihistamine medication.*** made attempts to reach out to the company and forward a letter but no response. Its been over 1 week and still no one will speak with **** have live video from the time the package was open to me applying the product to my left arm. I am requesting reimbursement for medication and copay, pain and suffering with the embarrassment this event has caused me.

      the makeup isnt good, the quality and videos they advertise is nothing like what you get. not to mention if u get a subscription and want to return something they dont want to send your a free label. they made me struggle so much to get a label, until i could no longer return the package because it passed the return date when over their virtual chat they kept telling me they were extending the date until i was able to receive a return by mail, not electronically. all this for me to call and they said oh that was just misunderstanding from the last representative not to mention i had already canceled my subscription and they said they were still going to send a next shipment in may??? i dont want anything else from this brand. $80 dollars for something i didnt want crazy

      Our records reflect that you enrolled online for automatic shipments of Westmore Beauty on 10/18/23.  Your initial order was shipped the following day.  On 11/17/23, your first replenishment shipment was sent as scheduled.

      Also on 11/17, we received your LiveChat request to cancel.  Our records reflect that you instead accepted an offer to postpone your future shipments until 4/30/24.  Your request for a return label to return the order in transit was submitted as a courtesy.   We regret to learn that you were misinformed that the return label would be delivered via **** instead of through email; also,that request was incorrectly processed and that a return label was not issued at this time.  We apologize for any frustration or confusion this may have caused. When you contacted us 1/29/24 the 60-day Money Back Guarantee was extended, and a return label was emailed to the address on file 1/31 as requested.

      Per your request 3/1/24, your account was cancelled.  You informed us that you had not yet returned your 2nd shipment and were advised that the *** had now expired.

      Although you have not returned your 2nd shipment as a gesture of goodwill a refund has been issued.  Please allow 3 -5 business days for the funds to post.  We appreciate your feedback about your experience, as we strive to provide only the highest quality products and service.

      zero stars! I ordered from them and 10 days later the product didn't arrive. I reached out to the company about the order and sent me a tracking number. The tracking number was **** but it said that Westmore never dropped off a package. I continued checking for another week and still it wasn't mailed. Fortunately I bought it through Paypal and filed a complaint through them and asked for a refund. ****** was able to get my money back a week later. Never will I ever purchase from this company again. It seems like a sham operation.

We have not yet determined what cause this longer than normal delivery time.   We received the payment reversal/chargeback from PayPal and accepted it as a way to refund you for this shipment and apologize for any inconvenience which may have resulted from the delay.

      They always claim that people decline their offer for an replacement order and they don't have an email because they are scammers. They don't care because they blew up on tikTok. They will give $1000 of free full size products to influencers that have made it big than give it to either paying customers or someone trying to become in influencer

      They gave no response about my order and the tracking info is unhelpful. And still no product. This needs to come with a disclaimer for how bad the customer service and products are. Wish I could leave zero stars.

      Our records reflect that you purchased our Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector online 9/17/23.  Your initial order was shipped 9/18.  A shipping confirmation email (with **** tracking) was sent to the address provided with your order.  As **** delivery times can vary due to circumstances outside our control, we do ask that customers allow 7 10 business days for a shipment to be delivered.

      On 9/25, per your email inquiry, the tracking number was provided, and you were advised that per **** the order was to be delivered that day.  Also, via your social media post later the same day you informed us that you could not use what was received.  Our records indicate that you decline the offer of a replacement.  As a courtesy a pre-paid return label was issued, and a refund processed prior to the receipt of your return.

      The product provides no results whatsoever. If you chose auto ship - you cannot get this stopped and your money back. I spent 3 hours "chatting" with their customer service. they dont try to help they try to keep you from canceling the order and account. I had to report them as fraud with my credit card company and get my money

      On 8/26, your 2nd shipment began processing for delivery as scheduled. We received a payment authorization from the credit card on file at this time.  Also on 8/26, per your Live Chat request your account was cancelled. We regret that you were incorrectly advised that the 2nd shipment could be cancelled also, since orders already processed at the time of cancelation cannot be stopped and will be shipped. The order was sent; the payment was finalized on 8/28.  We apologize for any inconvenience which resulted.       On 8/31 we attempted to process your refund as a courtesy prior to your return being received but the refund was declined by your credit card due to a dispute in process.   On 9/5 per **** tracking information, you refused your 2nd shipment.  Your financial institution notified us of a chargeback on 9/6 for this shipment.  The chargeback/payment reversal was accepted as a way to refund your 2nd shipment.

      We regret to learn that you found the cancellation process difficult. We do want to ensure members are aware of all of their options and benefits available with our flexible membership program, as auto-delivery is a convenient and affordable way to purchase our products; additionally, we want to ensure that customers are able to clarify any questions at the time cancellation is processed.       Ive yet to see my product and have not received a shipping email with any sort of tracking data even though Ive waited longer than their promised 5-8 business days. I tried chat several times to get help. It kept crashing and I never did get someone to help me with my order. When you try to login to their site it wont let you. Chat said their site is under construction. There is no way to access my account to cancel my subscription. Im hoping they will reply to this. I regret ordering and would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund for my order.

      Wish I could put no stars. They LIE about the quality of their products. The body illuminator they sell transfers onto chairs clothing any thing it touches really. And does not cover the way they claim it does.

      I have attempted to contact them via instagram and chat. They dont answer the phone and dont have an email address. I submitted my order over 2 weeks ago 6/13 and there has been no communication or movement since then. Despite their website saying orders take 5-8 days. If I dont get a response soon Ill have to go through my bank.
