***************************** Policy- LF0018737 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR KNOWLEDGE, UNTEHICAL I did a review of my family and I life insurance policies and noticed it had my daughters as the beneficiary of her own policy.I called in and an agent confirmed in March and an agent confirmed she saw this as well. She advised it couldn't be fixed over the phone and she would mail be a form. I finally got the form in May and resent it in. I know get a letter saying that the beneficiary cant be the owner which this is not what was completed. The agent on the phone was not knowledgeable at all so I asked to be escalated to a manager. I was escalated to a lead name ***- on top of her not being knowledgeable, lying about their system she has a very un-ethical non- business approach/ attitude that was not business like. I had to professionally let her know I wasn't looking to be friends, I am looking for assistance to get my policy fixed that's it, that all - no time for drama- she claimed their system was down and an actual manager wasn't available- she also claimed someone would call me back and that didn't happen- The customer service here is very poor, this is a very important matter and to waste the customer's time and also not be very educated is unacceptable. If its an error or mistake, i understand but lets fix it verses wasting the customer's time.Note one policy letter say my name ******* and the other references my daughters - From my understanding with the original issue, it was my daughter listed as her own beneficiary on the policy as a rider. Please help get to the root cause I advised ******** was filing a compliant and reaching out to the **** she said ok with the Nonchalant attitude that she had throughout interaction Letters are attached

Nassau Re is a company with poor ethics and everyone should stay far away from. I had a life insurance policy originally purchased through Phoenix who sold it to Nassau. I bought the policy in 1985 and made my premium payments faithfully ever since. Recently i received a letter on March 1 dated February 15 saying I owed them over $1400 or my policy would lapse in 60 days. Called them today (March 5) and was told the policy had lapsed. No cash value remained since they took money out to pay the difference in premium increase which I was never informed about. My premium went from $92.50 to $522. I know they wanted to get rid of my policy and they only way they could do it was to get me to let it lapse. Nassau had made the decision to exit the life insurance business and didn't want policies like mine to remain on their books.
