    On 3/9/2024 I placed ORDER #******* from this company. My phone autopopulated an old address. I immediately noticed and attempted to correct. It stated on my confirmation that I would be notified when it was shipped. On Monday 3/11/2024 at 9:09am I contacted support when their customer support opened letting them know my address was incorrect and I wanted to correct my order or cancel since the order had not shipped (it was not processed to ship until 11:45am that day) and I was told there was nothing that could be done. They recommended that I contact the shipping company who stated they have to get the information from the shipper who has said they will not change anything.

    I received an email from Liquid IV on Oct. 16 at 8:10PM with the subject line "****, anyone?". **** means "buy ONE get one", however, the email goes on to detail that one must purchase THREE before receiving one free. This is misleading and does not honor the **** offer stated up front in the email headline.

    On 07/03/23, I paid $56 for 3 separate flavors and even opted into a subscription. Never received my order after 3 weeks so I canceled it on 07/28/23. As of todays date, 08/07/23, Ive yet to receive my refund.No one responds to emails and their phone line always says theyre not available, even during business hours. They are stealing from people.

    I placed an order on liquid-iv.com on March 14th 2023. My order number is *******. At the time of placing this order, the return policy allowed for returns on all orders within 30 days. However, AFTER placing this order and having it delivered, the return policy was modified, and now I'm being told my order is ineligible for return.This return policy was altered AFTER I placed the order. It is beyond reason that a company is allowed to do this and suddenly reject my return which was well within all guidelines. My order is still unopened, sealed, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if I am not allowed to return this order.I have attached a photo of the Liquid-IV return policy at time of placing my order, March 14th 2023. It allows for returns of all unopened orders within 60 days. I am well within this policy, and it was fraudulent, false advertising, and misleading for Liquid-IV to change their policy, THEN attempt to adhere me to their new policy that I never agreed to.Please issue me a return label so I can return this order as soon as possible. Thank you.

    On 1/27/2023 I ordered 2 boxes of Liquid IV's new Mocktails hydration packets online for delivery to my home. On 2/3/2023 I received notification that my order was delivered to my mailbox by ***** but there was no package delivered to my locked mailbox. On 2/6/2023 I emailed Liquid IV to let them know that I did not receive my delivery. **************** asked that I file a complaint with the carrier and send a screenshot to prove that I had filed a complaint with **** and then they would proceed with reimbursement. I completed this task on 2/10/2023 and sent the screenshot via email as requested and received no reply from Liquid IV. On 2/13/2023 I received a resolution email from **** stating my package had been delivered to the incorrect address and not returned to the carrier. I sent a screenshot of this email to Liquid IV and again asked for either reimbursement or a new shipment and again received no reply. On Friday 2/17/2023 I reached out to Liquid IV again to asked for reimbursement or a replacement shipment. On Sunday 2/19/2023 I received an email asking me to reply and confirm my mailing address. When I replied as requested my email was returned as undeliverable. I have received no communication from Liquid IV since. I am asking for either a replacement shipment or a return of the $51.98 I paid for items that were never delivered to me.

    On 11/12/2022 at around 6:00 AM I received an ********* ad from Liquid IV. I went to click out of the screen and instead was charged $14 on an inactive checking account to an old address by gathering the information from *********. I do not have any money in this banking account and will be charged a $34 overdraft fee if this unauthorized order is not cancelled immediately. By the time that the company responds I will be charged an overdraft fee for the settled transaction. I have reached out to the business directly to resolve this issue. The sample pack order number is ********.
