    I've been a customer of ********************** IV for a few yrs now. I've had nothing but a good and positive experience. **************** has been more then amazing in assisting me with orders etc...Will continue being a satified customer!

    I ordered five packages of Liquid I.V. for a total of almost $92. On 7/4/24 I received an email that the delivery was left on my front porch. I was home all day and checked periodically. It was never there. Ive sent four emails (cant find a phone number anywhere), but the company never responds.

    I ordered a 64 count of this stuff and selected the 3-day shipping method. I reached out to them after 7 days to see if they could give me an update on what is taking so long for the order. They did not respond. I wrote again the next day to ask fora refund as I was no longer going to wait for the order to come. I still did not hear back from them after 13 days. I want my money back. Simple. You get 1 star because your support is terrible.

    Disability discrimination, harassment, and animal abuse A worker at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Liquid IV tent in 2023 kicked my service dog in the back for no reason other than she didnt want him near the display. When I told *********************** that she shouldnt physically assault service animals, she made fun of me for being disabled. There were three other women at the tent setting up for the day who were bystanders, one even professing to being in charge of client relations. The company ignores my emails and request for an apology despite an official complaint with the music festival and police report.
