            Order#XXXXX and #XXXXX - Ordered jeans: 9/30/21 - ******* paid by me.... - Jeans did not fit comfortably, returned for exchange, upsize one size: 10/8/21.... - Exchange recognized by Bravestar: 10/12/21.... - Exchange no longer available, refund not offered per bravestar. Different jeans selected and additional money paid (no other option available to me): 10/14/21 - $29.98 paid by me.... - 11/24/21: Replacement jeans delivered - not the size I ordered. Customer service inbox emails ignored. Calls ignored for weeks.... - 12/8/21: Brave star responds and sends return label + promises refund per representative, jeans are sent back.... - 12/21/21: bravestar refunds $29.98 out of 137.98 total expenses. $108.00 is returned as gift card? Emails asking for full refund as promised will be addressed by "specialist" as convenient to brave star, per **** ** I'm being given the run-around. Desired Resolution: complete refund to my credit card ($108 needed to achieve total cost, minus shipping cost (my accepted expense) for a total of $137.98)
