I filed a prior complaint regarding this organization. This is the second time that I am tendering a complaint regarding the same company. Please note that the original complaint was tendered within the BBB twelve-month time frame. This second complaint is regarding the same defective windows and the lifetime warranty that was issued at the time of purchase. All Seasons Windows and Patios installed windows on our entire home. The contract and warranty agreement were submitted to BBB on or about January 2016 along with the original complaint. With almost every ********* rain two of the upstairs windows leak and rain pour into our house through the window seams. We have contacted the company each time that this occurs and they send a representative (*****) who puts caulk on the windows. This is a temporary fix. ********* does not enter for a short period of time and then we are back to where we started. We have contacted the company numerous times over the years. Most recently in November 2022. It is notable that during our most recent contact with ************************* at All Seasons Windows and Patios, ******************** attempted to tell us that we would incur a $199 fee for ***** to be deployed. I reminded him that we have a lifetime warranty for the windows, which were clearly defective and/or not properly installed. Multiple attempts have been made to reach ******** since that conversation and he is no longer responding. Moreover, videos and pictures have been sent to ******** showing the leaking window and the fact that the rainwater is coming through the window seams.

IN 2023 THEY INSTALLED A PATIO, AFTER THE FIRST RAIN STORM THE ROOFED LEAKED, THEY CAME OUT AND SAID THEY FIXED IT. LAST MONTH DURING THE BAD STORM IT RAINED AGAIN FOR THE 2ND TIME IN 2023, THEY TOLD ME MY WARRANTY EXPIRED AND STATED IN HAD TO PAY $199.00 TO SEND SOMEONE OVER TO REPAIR IT AGAIN. TWO RAIN STORMS TO LEAKS, HOW IS THIS WARRANTY AND MY RESPONSBILITY? I ASKED THEM THAT I NEEDED TWO **** TO BE INSTALLED, WHEN IT WAS TIME TO INSTALL THE **** WHERE NOT WITH ME. BECUASE I WANTED TO USE MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY THE BALANCE THEY GAVE ME THE OPTION TO WAIVE THE CREDIT FEE BUT THEY WOULD NOT INSTALL THE ****, I AGREED. BUT.... AND HERE IS THE BUT...... THE **** THAT THEY MADE WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO INSTALL A JUNCTION BOX, THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NEED TO HIRE THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE THAT CAN CUT THE **** IN THE CIELING AND MAKE IT BIGGER SO I CAN INSTALL THE JUNTION BOX AND INSTALL THE ****, NOW HOW DOES THAT SOUND??? WHY DID'NT THEY CUT THE **** BIG ENOUGH TO INSTALL A CIELING FAN ? WHY, BECUASE THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THAT SERIVCE. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

****************,We had a conversation on November 2022 where you advised us to move forward with completing your Patio Cover minus the fan installation. The fans had not yet been purchased by you. You said "that you would be installing the fan at a later date". Our installation team ran the electrical wire to the location of where the fans were to be installed. A 90 days labor warranty is the standard warranty within this industry. After the 90 days we require a $199 service fee, to send out one of our installers for a service call. When you were ready to install the fans, rather than having a qualified licensed contractor do this project for you. You chose to have your neighbor install the fans for you. We received numerous calls from the neighbor asking on how to install the fans. Our production manager took the time and tried to explain as best he could. How to install the fans. This went on for days. It seemed that you and your neighbor got quite angry, when we followed your advise and left the installation to some future date.
