              My son scheduled an appointment with *****, the owner. She verbally told him over the phone if he changed his mind, he could get a refund. He would just have to email her. My Son changed his mind, and felt it wasnt cost effective for him. She also misquoted him with prices. So he emailed ***** to Cancel his appointment and asked for a refund. Karens email was rude, condescending, and shamed my Son. He was very upset, and angry that she shamed him. She wrote a very lengthy email, that shamed him for changing his mind. In my opinion, She gave him a typical ***** response, with her entitlement, privilege, and the need to put someone in their place, as if she has authority over **. Her attitude was very unprofessional, shameful and just bad business. I have receipts.
