On 11/02/2018 I paid the amount of $4600.00 to US Consumer Attorneys to help me cancel my timeshare with *********************** in *******, **. According to the contract the matter was to be resolved in 18 months or less, and keep me up to date with the progress of case. The last time I received any update was 05/15/2019. It has been almost 3 years with this matter and nothing has been done. I want my money returned because US Consumer Attorneys has not complied with the contract.Business response

After reviewing the file it appears to be closed. Per the attached we had rescinded the interest in the timeshare and received the attached from the resort indicating they suspended the account in preparation to take back the property. I would request the client check his credit report to confirm the account is closed. if the client needs any assistance please email; **************************
