    Purchased a **** calender as a Christmas gift on December 7. A week passed without any progression for order. Considering this wouldn't make it in time, and by the time I would potentially receive it based on other people's online complaints, I decided to request a refund and cancelation. I have contacted this business with three emails and a chat attempt and have not received a response. I am not even certain the business even exists anymore. I just want a refund and will never do business with them again.

    I ordered a decanter with two glasses on November 29 2023 and got an order confirmation. However, I never got a shipping confirmation or any update. I received no response to my email requesting tracking information or my complaint sent to their Instagram. I was, however charged the amount. Usually legit businesses do not charge you until the item ships. I fear I am out the money.

    Retailer is "pre-selling" my product (without any communication on offering my product for presale or making a wholesale commitment for the product. In doing so, they are also conduction copyright infringement on photos and listing details. Item needs to be removed from website as it will not be sold wholesale to Shut ********* My Money!********************************************************************

    I placed an order to which, when I inquired about it's status (at the time it said unfulfilled) I was told it had been delivered. When I checked back the site said it was fulfilled. I never received the item and the *** tracking number they gave me was not a number verified by ***. I have sent several emails requesting either a refund or a replacement and now they will not respond to any further messages from me. Ironically, I had placed and received an order from them earlier and on the site it reads unfulfilled.

    I purchased an item (Dogs Pooping in Beautiful Places **** Calendar 1) on the 15th of August.On the 17th of October I sent a message asking about the status of my order. I received a response with an apology for the delay and they would follow up with their shipping team.On the 28th of October after not hearing back I sent another message asking if they cannot supply to please refund the full amount.To date, I have not had a response.

    I purchased a product from this company on March 28, 2023 for $89.91 USD. On September 5, I reached out to the company to ask the status of my order. I was told that they cannot ship to ****** even though they took my money and held onto it for almost 6 months. I was told by **** Docor that I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. It has now been over 12 business days with multiple emails sent to them with no response. Be warned, if you are a ********, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT INTERNET COMPANY.

    Regarding the customer's inquiry about shipping the decanter to ******, we regret to inform you that there are certain restrictions and regulations that prevent us from doing so. These restrictions are beyond our control and are in place to comply with local laws and regulations governing the shipment of certain products.We understand that this may be disappointing for the customer, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to continually improving our services and will explore alternative solutions to offer our products to ******** customers in the future.

    I ordered 3 decanters in April (April 11, 2023).

    Two (2) under order number ***** and one (1) under order number *****.

    While I understand things happen this is terrible customer service.

    These were ordered in March & April. I paid additional money to have it here on time and it is more than delayed.

    This was supposed to be a gift over a month ago. The customer service has been less than reasonable.

    The money for all three came out April 11th and yet I have to beg for a response to obtain the merchandise I requested.

    I have purchased various items from you and as a loyal customer would have thought there would be better communication and respect for your customers.

    Please advise then the delivery will be?

    I placed an order and tried contacting the business multiple times to get an estimated ship date. I’ve received no response and there’s no update for shipping on the site nor was there a shipping estimate when I placed the order. At this point with no response and considering the item is already going to arrive too late I will be contacting my credit card company to report.

    Bought a decanter off of their site 03/31/23. Today it is 06/08/23 and still do not have it. Have emailed over a dozen times and have gotten zero responses. Even tried with different email addresses and still no response. No phone number listed. This company is joke and a scam and needs to be shut down before they rip more people off.
