    This is not a business. Bunch of people who take your money. Placed an order and was told the product was out of stock and I could either get a refund or choose another product. I chose a refund and that's the last I heard from them. Do not respond to email or phone. I should have known by the name of their company that they were not a legitimate business.

    Ordered a prank package and got charged for it but they never sent the item. If you try to contact them they will not answer the phone or emails. It is a SCAM

    This is a SCAM site! TLDNR: You will pay up front and never get your item; requests for tracking updates, refunds, etc. will never see a response. They will make it look like you pre-ordered even if you did not. I searched online for a decanter and clicked through to this site, which was abbreviated as SUATMM which i now realize shouldve been a red flagit stands for Shut Up and Take My Money. That they did. The item description changed after I placed the orderthe confirmation page added the words pre-order but by then it was too late. The order had been placed and the money was deducted immediately from my account. I have sent several emails to customer support to ask for tracking and/or status updates, request refunds. No response has ever been sent. I have tried the online chat forum and it stays stuck in the dot-dot-dot icon to make it appear as if someone is typing on the other end when clearly they are not.

    Would give them 0 stars if possible. I have emailed them ove 15 times with no response. This site is a scam…DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I am out $75

    I'm writing this to hopefully send a warning to others, sadly I made a purchase from this site, just a joke gift for myself, for $75 it was a preorder item, never got it, they have fake reviews up on the site fpr items out, don't fall for that. Fake don't buy anything.

    I ordered an overpriced wine decanter almost a month ago and have not been able to get any response about my order. The company does not have a phone number and the online chat is automated and simply suggests I should send them ANOTHER email/
