    Complete scam! Zero stars if BBB would allow. They posed as *************** and charged $200 to change my departure airport. They said the seat upgrade I paid for on the original flight would be the same on the new flight. When the updated itinerary uploaded, I had no seat assignment at all. When I tried to call them back to ask about my seat, the number would immediately disconnect. I found a different number for *************** (which was the legit number) and they confirmed I had been scammed by Travelomile and that it happens at least 5 times a day and they keep reporting it. Alaska said the change fee was only $75, and travelomile paid Alaska for using their own credit card, and then travelomile charged me $200. When I got a hold of travelomile using a totally different number from the travelomile website, they refused to refund any of it and threatened to cancel my entire flight. BEWARE as they are posing as ***************, and likely other Airlines as well!!

    We were scammed. I bought tickets through ******* and called to talk to them about the tickets. I somehow got connected to a company called Travelomile. They told me their was a problem with the tickets and charged me an additional 1195 to correct the problem It turns out not to true. ******* later gave me an email statement to to that effect. I was effectively scammed I am a 78 year old man.

Travelomile is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
