    On Saturday, June 14, I had to go to ************** on an Emergency Basis. The firm Travelomile with the Representative by the name of ****** phone number **************/ext,148 assisted in making an emergency plane reservation with *****************. I was going to go a week later on a natural vacation and had made reservations with my hotel and plane. . ****** also assisted me in canceling previous reservations on ****************** for a fee of $239.50 charged to my Citibank Card. The Southwest Ticket was $753.33 so my loss was going to not be so much, He did cancel the reservation but my **************** Card has not been credited for the cost of the ticket AS PROMISED. I paid the fee of $239.40 and that is showing on my Citibank Statement. The relief I am seeking is what was promised, the full refund of $753,33 on my **************** Card. I have submitted adequate documentation for this transaction.

    The company, TravelOmile, has a website that portrays itself as united and so do the representatives when you speak to them. If you ********************** you will get a website that looks like United but its really a TravelOMile URL. I was in a hurry so I didnt realize all this until my card was getting declined from them and I had to call my credit card company to find out why. They said TravelOMile is a known scammer.They tried to charge us extra money when the flights I was changing were actually cheaper and we eventually got travel credits when we spoke to actual ***************. On top of that they intentionally used our personal information to book other flights and next thing you know, Im getting charges on my card from the other side of the country. Long story short, they took our information, tried to scam us out of paying them for no reason and then used our information to book more flights (using up our flight credits) and then using our credit cards for Ubers.

    On June 7, 2025, I called ************************** to cancel my reservation that I booked on Alaska Airline website within 24 hours. The policy says no any cancellation fee if you cancel the reservation within 24 hours. Not sure how the number went to Travelomile and they did not tell me they are just the travel agency not ************** help center and pretended to be Alaska Airline and said I have to pay $250 for the cancellation fee and give me a $250 voucher for three years. Otherwise they could not to cancel my reservation. I am afraid if they did not cancel my reservation and then I only could get a refund of 50% after 24 hours, so I had to agree with the additional charge of $250. However, I never received the voucher of $250 after the cancellation. They lied to me and scammed me $250 additional cancellation fee. I contacted ************** and they said the cancellation fee of $250 has been waived and they never issue any voucher for the cancellation fee. I was scammed by Travelomile. See the responses from Alaska Airline:Dear **** **,We do not have a three year voucher to offer. I am sorry if you were given any misinformation by an Alaska agent or a deceptive travel agent. There is no $250.00 voucher that could have been issued. Not sure how this company scammed so many people and still exists in ****Thanks,Looking forward to looking into my case and remove this company from the travel agency from all the Airlines.     Deceitful business practices ..gave the impression they were ***************, gave us a bogus confirmation code, sent the airlines a wrong email address, and tacked on $200 for supposed fees and taxes. We quickly called *************** and they cancelled the flight dont possible scam and rebooked our flight , we also were given a scam alert from our credit card company so they cancelled our card and sent a new one

    I purchased an Airline Ticket April 30 on an emergency basis, I was charged ****** + for them to book the flight plus $600.00 for the ticket. I found the same exact flight on ************* for only $600.00 and no excessive booking fees. I called them back and they stated they would refund me $200.00, and I have not received anything refunded yet. Flight was May 1, *************** UA1877 and UA5985 **************, ** to **********, **. My wife called this business back and requested the refund again to no avail.

    On 2/28/25 I ******* ***** ******** (regarding my upcoming trip from Boston to Honolulu Hawaii) on my cell phone, the first number that came up was ************, I hit the icon and got someone immediately on the line. I asked if ***** was cancelling direct flights from Boston to Honolulu, because I read an article and it advised to contact the airline directly, my trip was planned from 4/22/25-5/1/25. The gentleman I spoke to pretended to be a ***** agent, asked for my confirmation number. He first asked me if my dates are flexible, when I said no he proceeded to tell me that ******** ******** is now operating ***** flights and they are charging $700 per person to keep the same itinerary. He then emailed my actual itinerary from ***** (to appear legit), asked me if I received, it. Then I gave him my credit card info, he sent another email, "***** ******** Seat Confirmation", as I stated I was flying First Class and wanted everything to stay the same. When I looked at the 2nd email of the credit card transaction I noticed it said Travelomile**********. I immediately realized he scammed me and I said it out loud, and hung up on him, he called me back a few times (I wouldn't pick up), and he sent me another email from "*****************", subject line '********* Trip Information from: ****** *******l*. I reported this to my credit card company and cancelled the card. The representative told me I can dispute the charge as it already was processed. I told her that I was afraid Travelomile would cancel my entire 'Dream Vacation', as they have my confirmation number she said when you're ready you can ask them to refund your money, if they don't you can try calling back. I have tried calling Travelomile to refund my money, the gentleman (*******) told me he can give a credit for half of the amount, I stated I would like a full refund as they are not ***** ********. I am also disputing the transaction with my credit card company-**** ** ********

    04/26/2025 $280 this company misrepresented themselves claiming to be **************. I actually purchased tickets from ************** misspelled name on ticket folks were driving to airport 5 hours away I called this *** said he worked for ***** I explained situation he told me since it was within 24 hours there would be a $140 charge per ticket he caught me panicked I agreed gave him credit card info and he made click agree on an email I got a callback from ******************* 3 min later they fixed the issue told me there was no charge for the name change I told him your *** I just spoke to said there was a 140 charge per ticket he said it was probably a third party seller claiming to be ***** I called my credit card to cancel my card

    On Dec. 2, I called a number that I thought was a United booking agent to help me link my husband and my travel itineraries on United as we were not traveling together at the end of the trip. We had not yet booked the tickets. We asked for fully refundable extra leg room tickets on all legs of the trip. We authorized the charges not realizing that the company was taking a $2,045.59 fee for themselves. When we checked with United afterwards, it was apparent that they sold us economy seats and took the premium for themselves. We canceled with ********** within 2 hours of booking. We contacted travelomile and requested a refund as well since the tickets were not fully refundable nor economy plus. The charges on my credit card are still pending. I have included the order confirmation - not sure if the first digit is a 1 or and I.

    i thought i was speaking to *************** i was not travelomile was not truthful i booked 12 seats on United and paid travelomile $9588.00 i did not realize that the seats were only $3453.60 that what they paid to united the flight time was changed from 10am to 8am departure thats when i realized that i was over charged by $6134.40 i tried calling travelomile they said the extra charge were for taxes !!!!!!!!! is there any help for me to get a refund?
