      On 10/4/2022, I reached out to Zenefits Support about social security wages were not being reported to the *** for multiple employees. They cannot provide information that W-2s or tax payments was actually sent to the ***. I was told I would get a response today 10/4/2022. The response I received was an email stating that someone will work on the case and I will get a response in a few weeks. It's been almost a month and there has been no response to a time sensitive tax related request. A current employee is also being audited by the *** and that person also reached out to Zenefits on 10/4/2022 and still have not received a response.
