            We rented an apartment on ******** ** Seal ****** ** *****, owned by the ***** ******** and ****** ********* the brokers that run Century21 A better service in ****** and managed by ******** ***** who also works out of this office. They either don't understand the ********** civic codes that apply to rentals or just use intimidation to violate them. The two most recent violations were when they tried to increase our rent by double what the legal maximum was, even after sending them copies and references to which laws they were breaking it took two months before they agreed that it was illegal. Now they're trying to keep our security deposit seemingly out of retaliation. It's been two months since we moved out, legally the deposit has to be returned or accounted for within 21 days. Now two months later they're claiming the whole make ready expense, which is mostly normal wear and tear such and paint and carpet that's at least 7 years old.

            This Century 21 office has some dishonest unprofessional brokers . Their alias is XXXXX Properties LLC and the brokers names are Nelson and Annette Sanchez. They are very negligent when it comes to repairs of their rental properties. I'm writing this review to warn potential clients so that they won't go thru the same horrible experience I went thru with them. Stay away from this particular Century 21 and the brokers I mentioned or you'll regret it by losing money to them.
