    Whew!!! Where do I start! In short form, I made a purchase on December 7th for some lowering springs, and never received a tracking number. I've left several emails, asking for a tracking number but to no avail. The reply that I got only stated, thanks for contacting **** port. I called this morning, and surprisingly got an answer. I asked about a tracking number or a refund, and was told, I'd have it in 5 buisness days, and was hung up on. When redialed a voice stated that this number was no longer available, not even 3 minutes later.. I wish I had read the reviews first!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

    I'm so glad I read the reviews before placing an order. I was wondering why they were selling Pirelli Tires so cheap. These tires are around $350 each and they are selling them for $230. I would have been out of almost $1000. Thanks to all that posted a negative review.

    Boo **** Port! I've been scrimping to save enough for a project and put in an order. then went to the reviews I canceled the order in less then ten minutes they acknowledged the cancelation but took my money anyways. $2,700 was hoping to retire and work on my project! don't even have enough money left to buy a ticket to Orange County wish I did. read the reviews first!!!

    They got me for $550. Ordered some tires, was told they were on back order. Waited 4 months never heard back. I canceled my order and was sent an email about getting a refund. 5 months later no refund, several emails and phone calls with no result. Don't buy from them, nothing but a scam.

    **** Port is a fake company. They shouldnt be billing until they ship, I really believe they have no product. I went through months of no product delivery. A guy answers the phone and quickly says the money will be back in your account in 2 days and literally hangs up I called 3 times and 3-4 e mails. They have no intention of just easily giving you your $ back Here is what you do. Turn your credit card over and call the customer service line and explain what is going on. They can do a charge back to them. We got our $ back in 2 days. BBB please shut them down. They dont deserve 1 star but this site requires you pick something

    Is it possible to leave less than 1 star? C*** company! after I left a factually accurate, yet negative review, they hit me with a Cease and Desist order and made me take the review down.

    They got me for $477.00. Same run around. Back-order, nobody answers the phone, goes to voicemail. Accounting ***** is reviewing my order....

    I too have been awaiting a refund since 11-2-22 and apparently it will never be coming. Keep getting e-mails from their "accounting department" and even spoke with some guy on the phone that told me my refund would be processed that very day yet here I still am. These guys are scumbags and should be shut down.
