  Ordered ignition coils for my pickup. Delivery date of 7 days was given at time of order. An email indicating shipping and tracking info would be provided upon shipping was sent within seconds of the order. When the tracking email didnt arrive in two days, i called them. They answered promptly and said the parts were on backorder from the manufacturer, and would be delayed a few days. I called back a few days later and they said the parts were i n the shipping department. Two days more, and no email. I called but got no answer. They respond to email VERY quickly, but won't answer the phone now. I asked for a refund by email, and they said the parts were in the shipping department. I am currently pursuing a refund of charges through my bank. I will probably never see my money or parts. Possibly going to pursue legal action. DO NOT ATTEMPT A PURCHASE FROM THUS BUSINESS. HUGE SCAM One star rating only because I cant give no stars.

  Same experience for me. Ordered & paid for a pick up truck tonneau cover that never shipped & no refund after multiple requests.

  I should have read the reviews prior to my purchase. I had the same issues everyone else had. My items never shipped. I emailed and and emailed, they would respond but it was the same bill c*** that it was slated for shipping. Do not use this company. I should have read these reviews.

  Scam scam scam. Ordered some struts for my ***** back in Aug of 2022 never received the product. I emailed them and was told it was on back order that it should ship in dec or I could get a refund this was at the end of Oct. I asked for the refund and here we are Jan ************************************************** return email. They need to shut down asap!

  Like many of the other reviews, I ordered a part that was to be shipped in 2 weeks, then in a month, then in another month because the part is on backorder. Ended up canceling the order. Now 6 weeks later, no refund. **************** said to work the refund through credit card company per e-mail exchange.Highly suggest not ordering through this company.

  Ordered tires in september of 2022, they kept pushing back the shipment date. Cancled my order in october of 2022. Have been going back and forth between the **** port racing and my bank to get my money back. It has now been 3 months and nothing has been done about my refund.

  BEWARE SCAMMERS - ordered tire over six weeks ago tried following up for a status, no reply. After three calls I started getting an auto recording "the number is no longer in service" they blocked me. Used a different phone was able to get to the press zero for operator three times no one answered and left voice message, tried a fourth time and received the auto recording the number is no longer in service (blocked again) used a third phone same result. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to donate your money.

  This company is fraudulent!! I bought and paid for tires through them. They never shipped them. So after 2 weeks I emailed them asking where they were. They told me it was a special order and would ship out by the end of the week. The end of the week came and NO tires again! I emailed again and the exact same thing happened! I told them to cancel my order and **** like magic they stopped responding! They are unavailable on the phone and wont return a call too!! I canceled my payment though my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
