The company claims their wallet is lifetime warranty, my wallet has fallen apart and has broken. I have filed a warranty claim with them and weeks and weeks have passed and I havent heard a thing from the claims department. Im getting a lot of ads and text from the marketing department but nothing from claims. Nobody's reached out to me and I did research and found out that this is the case with many of their clients. On December 27, I received a ring from Ridge Wallet CA That was far too big Especially given the fact that I sized it based off of their tool. So I processed an exchange size 10.5 I paid $250 for this ring, while it was on sale. When I received the ring on January 7, the size 10.5 fit extremely big I compared it to a ring I had at home that was size 11 and it was the same size. I swear this ring is still a size 11 ******* I want to do this exchange but this time they wanted me to pay the difference for the cost going back up. I dont think its fair as the sizing is clearly not consistent beyond that, Im just doing a straight exchange for the same ring and think that I should be able to do that at no cost.I contacted them via chat right when I receive it and they have not responded to the chat. They have been off-line this whole ******* I emailed them and got one response back but beyond that no follow ***** this point, this has been a huge hassle and it shows bad customer service. I just want a size 10 ring now and want them to send it to me immediately considering the hassle. They have been extremely difficult to communicate ******* my opinion, at this point, they should just send a size 10 ring because clearly theyre not sending the right sizes and its annoying to constantly have to exchange. The website is not user-friendly at all Im trying to just get a new elastic strap for my wallet because its wore out and theyre making it impossible to get a hold of anybody or use the website to achieve this goal. there isnt a phone number to reach anybody to get help with anything. On 13 December I ordered 6 items from this company, and was immediately charged $243.01. I then received "shipping confirmation". However, because content of this confirmation seemed suspicious, I attempted to contact Ridge via phone (none) and email (no reply, customer service is "offline" and "unavailable" 24-hours per day. Today I received one of the 6 items (for a fraction of the total cost), and Ridge is claiming the whole order was "delivered". Please see attached pictures of both the item that was delivered, with packaging, and the suspicious-looking "confirmation" email that initially prompted my concern.Unfortunately it did not occur to me to review BBB reviews about this company prior to purchase as there were so many (likely false) positive reviews online. Based on what I am seeing on the BBB, my situation is unfortunately common with this company. I ordered a wallet on 11/19/24. It's now 12/9/24 and I don't have the product. I have sent four messages before receiving any response - and it was not truthful. The response was that the carrier had not updated the tracking information. The tracking information was available. The issue is the order was sent from ******* to ************** back to ******* then to *********** and now it is saying the order has been process through yet another facility - but don't know where. They simply say they have no other information than I do. My response is that it's their responsibility to get my order to me in a reasonable time frame. So far, it's been 3 weeks and still waiting. This company is extremely difficult to contact and even harder to work with. This is a Christmas gift that I need to ship once I get it. I tried to order a wallet and keychain for $120. They had a promo and with my military discount sure. After pressing confirm the email had a different price another nearly $20 more between the confirmation press and email I guess the 7 deployments I've done magically vanished, my house I bought a few years ago is somewhere else and I have no idea where I got a 208 phone number. On 10/28/2024 I ordered a Ridge Check-in suitcase via their website priced at $445 (plus tax) along with several other items. When I received the suitcase, I discovered that the telescoping trolley handle was missing all of the screws and bolts that would have secured it to the suitcase. I have made several attempts to Ridge through their support channel on their website (******************************) and I have received zero response. I explained I would like an exchange, refund or at least the missing parts sent to o me however they have failed to acknowledge or respond to any of my correspondence. Please assist.Initial Complaint

************** home page prompted signing up for email address would earn 30% discount and this was only possible with signing up with email address. I took the offer and made the purchase through the process. Though came to my mind and try to make purchase through my computer and didn't input email address and I ended up with same dollar amount. I ordered a phone case on 9/13/24. No indication that the case wasnt in stock, so it should have shipped in 1-3 business days. No way to contact them other than email, which I sent on 9/20, 9/21, and 9/23. Order status states they are working on my order, and hasnt updated since the order was placed. As of 9/24, still no response. I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card company.
