I am thoroughly disgusted with both of your companys response, reactions and commitment to basic customer service as it pertains to me trying to get answers that you should be able to regurgitate at moments notice.I will not repeat or reiterate my questions as to why my product is still sitting in a Kentucky warehouse and not being delivered to the Apple Store at my *********** seems like neither one of you Companys are engaged in communications with the other to resolve the delivery matter.Your on-line virtual customer robot mechanisms should be scrapped because they are absolutely useless, deflective and deliberately time consuming. To actually speak to a live person is near impossible, yet at the same time, equally as useless because they can not or will not give a direct answer to a direct question. Both of your companys need to take a deep dive into your service operations going forward.Out-sourcing your customer service call centers is a bad decision. For my items delivery to take this long, your delivery carrier response suggests incompetency and speaks volumes to complacency. Apple, for what you charge for your items and how you deliver them, there are no words to describe your new found ****** now left with the question of if and how you two plan on correcting this matter because I have lost any and all confidence in both of your organizations. In a nutshell shell - if you cant deliver it - dont sell it!

I got an Apple credit card and recently paid off the entire balance on 4/22/25. Today, on 5/02/25, they charged me an additional interest fee of $29.30 and the *** claimed it was trailing interest and refused to remove the charge. I dont care what you call it, its fraud. You cannot charge interest on a $0 balance.I paid the amount and canceled my card immediately. I will no longer be doing business with Apple. I will not give them another red cent. They have lost me as a loyal customer forever.

Purchased a laptop with rush shipping on a laptop. Apple used **** to deliver the laptop. The driver picked up the laptop and cancelled the order. I called Apple 2 times to find out when the laptop would arrive. Spoke with different agents that I could barely hear and had noise in the background. They were zero help. I filed a police report given that it was clearly stolen by a Uber driver. The next day I looked at my account, the order still showed as "in transit" with a delivery time of the previous day. I then went to Apple chat to see what the status was, got no where and called Apple support again to speak with a manager, was told that they didn't process properly, that the agents didn't handle and the refund had not been processed yet. I have received more empathetic customer support from a pizza place. I have to hear about their challenges and training issues but I am still left wondering when I am getting a new macbook for my daughter who needed it immediately for school after her laptop stopped working.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Don't subscribe to Apple TV+. Don't get locked out of your account. If you get locked out of your account, forget about it. You can't do anything to get it unlocked and nobody at Apple can either. They locked my account after initial setup and I tried to use a subscription service that I paid for. They couldn't even refund my money and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. A lot of other people have had similar issues and nobody at Apple is smart enough to figure out how to fix the issue and unlock these accounts.

Ive been a loyal Apple user for years, but this experience has been nothing short of outrageous. After installing an official Apple software update, my previously functional device stopped working. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for repairs and bring the device into a ********************** despite the issue being caused by their own update. This feels like a clear case of planned obsolescence, and its unacceptable that a company of this size would refuse to take responsibility. Im now considering legal and consumer protection options, because customers should not be forced to pay for problems Apple itself created. I would strongly caution anyone considering an Apple product this could easily happen to you, and they will not make it right.

I paid over $100 for AirPods. One of the ******* wont charge or connect. Dont know which, because it wont charge, so its hard to diagnose the problem if its not working. An Apple service contractor couldnt tell me what was wrong with it, neither could Apple, so instead of replacing the item which is under warranty! theyre just saying tough luck. $100 down the drain.

It is impossible to contact Apple support for software or music that has gone missing. They are not a real company, they appear only to be a scam, organization, taking your money and denying access to the resources that you have purchased.

Legitimate requests to get a refund for fraudulent in app purchase charges are denied by Apple without explanation and after speaking with customer service and proving all the evidence all they can say is that decision is final and there is nothing they can do. Shame on a company that proved themselves with good customer service.
