    Terribly unhelpful and efficient customer service. I have placed three orders with Skims and only one was actually delivered. I placed an order in November 2024 and the package was never delivered. The customer service did not respond to my email until 9 days later. I thought the request was not going through so I disputed the charge with my credit card. Now bc of my credit card dispute, Skims is saying that their internal process will require me to wait 75 more days to receive a refund. I will never purchase on Skims website again.

    Ordered 2 items January 10th. Never received them. Contacted them the 22nd giving them plenty of time to deliver. I never received my packages so I requested a refund. Apparently they can't refund until the mail carrier ships them their 2 items which is totally unfair and not within my control. It's now February 6th and nothing. I bet if they don't receive their packages they're going to refuse my refund. ******** customer service. This company stole my money.

    Ordered the fits all long sleeve dress in an xs because I am a size 0. This dress is nice if you want to stand in one spot all day. The opening at the bottom of the dress prevents you from taking anything close to a normal size step. Ordered a smoothing shape wear mid thigh and high waisted, the seams are not crooked and the first day I wear it and there is already a tear in the fabric at the top. Also bunches around my waist because I dont have a 2 foot long torso. I cannot return my items because they were final sale. Obviously for a reason. Poorly made and highly disappointed. I will not be purchasing anything from skims again. Waste of money.

    They wont let me return a hoodie that was not on final sale at the time of purchase and then a week later it was on final sale and now the help center has not been reaching back out to me to return it because it wont allow me online. And they normally reply within a day or two.

    The online chat, text and returns portal dont work! We are trying to process a return for items that werent final sale and ordered in the past month and its refusing to accept the return.

    I ordered items on November 29th for my daughter for Christmas. I have used their email address to attempt to find out where my order is located and they don't respond. The carrier company *** tells me that Skims is responsible as they have not yet received the package for shipment. I am getting no response from Skims and and afraid I will lose my money and my daughter will not get her Christmas present. I hope that the staff in charge at Skims can live with themselves after all the disappointment and grief they are causing people.

    Ordered on 11/29- recd wrong items and incomplete order. **************** is non existent. No answer to text, no answer to email or live chat. Disputed charge with credit card company. Still not satisfied as *** think this is a good company and it is not.The only thing they are skimming is my wallet!
