    I have been buying Ritual protein powder for years and I just have to share with others just how great this company is!! They respond within hours to any concerns and they go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Ive never seen a company that has been so great with their products and customer service. They never make you talk with computers or put you through hoops to get answers! I love their products and the people they employ!

    I've taken ritual for years, including some periods of time when I either paused or cancelled my subscription for whatever reason. It takes a little navigating to find the cancellation option, but it's on the site and findable for sure! Overall would recommend, and am surprised to see so many negative reviews here to be honest. I've tried their multivitamin, skincare supplement, probiotic and protein powder. I enjoy them all :)

    I would leave 0 stars but that's not an option. This company is a scam. They do not allow you to cancel your subscription ANYWHERE on their website, even though in their subscription "steps to cancel or edit a subscription" directions say they do. Consumers follow the fake directions to cancle, and there is not in fact a cancel or edit subscription icon like it is stated. Their customer service is nonexistent. i wanted to try this product ONCE and they took it upon themselves to sign me up for a subscription. I noticed a $92.00 charge on my bank statement i NEVER agreed to this month. It must of been in their fine print. The products are garbage, the company itself is a complete joke. I never even received this Second round of prenatal pills that cost fking $90 either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You might as well take the BBB icon off of your website like you've taken the cancel my subscription icon off. It's just giving consumers another outlet to let others know NOT TO BUY FROM YOU. Typical California trash bag company. I've put a bank block on these charges and WILL get my money back for this, believe me.

    I purchased a "3-month delivery" of Ritual's "Essential Protein daily shake" and was shocked to discover that it did not, in fact, contain ~90 days' worth of protein powder, but instead, 45 days' worth. Upon emailing Ritual to ask why I had received less than a full "3-month" supply, I was advised that I needed to review their Frequently Asked Questions page. Under a question titled, "Why is it called "Daily Shake" if each pouch contains 15 servings?" Ritual explained that "Our Essential Protein Daily Shake formulations are designed to be a convenient, high-quality protein option that supports foundational health on the days you choose to use it. While each pouch of Essential Protein contains ************************************************************************************************ on active days. If you're looking to have Essential Protein daily, you can adjust your subscription to include 2 pouches per month to match your routine."I subsequently filed a complaint with my state attorney general's office and received a refund for what I paid. However, in their communication with me, Ritual faulted me, blaming me for not reading their ******* a customer, I am offended at **********************'s deceptive attempt to re-define the word "daily." It is true that I could have learned how much protein powder I would actually be receiving by reading through their FAQs, but why would I even think to have that question? "Daily," when used in the context of a "3-month supply," has a clear, commonly understood meaning. Moreover, the fact that they hid this information in their FAQs -- much less that they had such a question at all -- reveals that they are aware of the deception that they are perpetrating on their customers and are doing the bare minimum to avoid committing outright fraud.Had I been aware that the 3-month supply of "daily" protein powder was in fact a 45-day supply, I would not have purchased it for that price. I want other customers to be aware, too.

    Ordered ***3 months*** of the "Essential Protein ***DAILY*** Shake" which weirdly just comes with 45 servings. So either Ritual is confused about the word daily, the amount of days in a month, or it's just deceptive and greedy.

    1 star off bc you cant just buy a single bottle, they automatically create a subscription 1 star off bc they seem to actively try and hide the option to cancel a subscription. As of 12/2/24, you have to click on your profile (the circle icon), go to profile, and scroll down to edit or cancel subscription. its not under the edit subscription button in my ritual

    We have been scammed out of two orders which we were unaware of after they had automatically auto-enrolled us into their subscription service for their postnatal pills. its $90 a bottle, and we didn't want more than one of them just to try, but several more continue to keep coming. and now we can't get our most recent cash back until i wait 2 weeks for my claim through my bank to allow me too. they are predatory.

    Ritual had a 50% rejoin promotion that I signed up and made two orders and they same time nd then they refused to honor the promotion and no matter what I said or requested they refused to honor the promotion and the customer service was abysmal. I am very upset about the overcharges !

    They do not have an option to cancel your subscription. At one point they did, and they provide directions about how to cancel, but if you follow said directions there is no way to cancel the subscription. They are scammy.
