              I ordered a set of Blu rays from FUNimation, a Sony owned company on the 14th of March, I was then given a tracking number that doesn't work so I emailed their support, two weeks later they respond without reading my email and tell me to use the tracking number to track it (the one that doesn't work). I respond asking for help again, then 2 more weeks pass and I get a reply saying one of my items was out of stock so they couldn't ship it out. I then asked to cancel it as it's been over a month and they service was awful. 3 weeks pass and they tell me that their tracking number says it was delivered, I don't have the package and MY tracking number still said it was shipped with no further updates, as it has been for over 2 months. I replied back saying I still don't have the package and that my tracking STILL doesn't work and I haven't heard back from them in over two weeks yet again. ********************** Payment method was Visa
