            Applied for an apartment at Toluca Lake location ******************************* and was told in listing and over the phone by *********************** ************ that there was parking available, on march 7, I receive an email stating parking was not available and I asked for the application fee back but then they told me they had made a mistake and there actually was parking for this unit but today march 15 I receive another email for ***** stating that there actually is no parking for the unit I applied for so I sent email back asking for my application fee as I was once again mislead and delayed my apartment search

            My unit is infested with bedbugs due to my neighbor and management does not make any attempts to fix it. I would say this is the worst thats happened here but its hard to choose between the constant roaches, termites and flooding that I have endured not to mention the cuts on my daughters arms due to the rising floorboards that Ive asked to fix three times!
