    For two months, I've repeatedly sent emails, online submissions, and chat communication to Instyler about its defective product. I've asked for a replacement. The company does not respond. The website chat replies someone will get back to you; however, they never follow up with me. This company should not be allowed to continue selling merchandise, offering one year warranty on products, and then ghosting its customers!

    Purchased an instyler appliance and some of the brush bristles came out but the company wont replace just that part and wants me to buy a new one at around ****** when the appliance otherwise works fine and the brushes are easily removed and replaced for cleaning but they claim customer replacing them may cause risk of injury which makes no sense since I can easily remove and replace them for cleaning

    I order from the company got my flat iron and it is broken. I have emailed the company 4 times as that is the only way to get in touch with them and still no response. I paid ****** for an item that doesnt work. Worst of all, I buy from them every couples years as the Instyler doesnt always stay in tack after 2-3 years, so loyalty means nothing to this company.

    To Whom It May ********* purchased an Instyler Freestyle *** on 6/13/24 through the Instyler website. I tried the tool and it did not work on my hair and did not function as claimed by the company. I feel the product is defective. I submitted a request for return on-line through the website on 6/22/24 with no response. I have sent several follow-up emails with no response. I have since revisited the website, and the return option appears to have been removed. I have been a loyal user of ********************** for years, owning several rotating irons. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and the lack of customer service.Thank you,*************************************

    I had ordered by mistake. Not even 5 minutes after making the mistake I contacted them and immediately got an automated message from their online bot stating that since their orders are processed so quickly they are unable to cancel my order. Then I went online to see their return policy and it stated that they are not accepting any returns for any reason at all.

    I purchased the InStyler Airless 1" Rotating Iron ($99.99) and Heat Resistant Travel Bag ($14.99) on 4/11/24. The items are in their original packaging and unused. I have contacted InStyler three times to return them, twice by completing the form on their website and once by email, and have not had a response. The InStyler is cheap and flimsy, very unlike the other two that I have purchased over the years. I want to return both items for a complete refund.

    I have reached out more than 6 times regarding the issue with my purchase. This item stopped working after a r year of use, but I never used it more than twice every couple of weeks. It should not have died so soon. The company has been unresponsive in to my complaints and emails. So disappointed in this company and their support.

    I ordered an ******** dryer online january 15, 2024.It did not perform as advertised. It tangled my hair badly and made it frizzy. It was also very difficult to change attachments. The item is poorly designed.When I contacted the seller right away , January 22, for a return, it took ages and multiple emails for them to respond and then finally on feb 22 they refused the return.They indicated in that email that the item was final sale. However at the time of purchase, there was no indication that the item was final sale and not returnable.This is bait and switch and unethical.

    I originally placed an order for the Max ***** ****" Rotating Iron from Instyler on 10/31/2023. The amount paid was $89 (item cost) + rush shipping ($50) = $139.00. I received an e-mail confirmation with the order number of EC69943.The item arrived on 11/03/2023 on time and appeared not to have any damage. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I have purchased an Instyler (in Target or Amazon) and have never had any problems. My past Instyler irons have lasted anywhere from 3 to 7 years. This time, I purchased directly through the Instyler website as I could not find one available in a store.The 2nd time I was using the iron (11/10/2023) I heard a loud pop and a foul electrical odor was coming from the iron. I tried to turn it back on, but it would not turn on. I tried re-setting our fuse and tried multiple outlets, but the iron would no longer work. I immediately submitted an online claim using the customer service contact form on their website to try and get a replacement. After a week, I had not received any e-mail or phone call regarding my issue. I attempted to call the phone number listed on my credit card charge for the company, but I got a message stating the phone number was no longer valid.I tried posting to the company's website, e-mail, and social media and after another few weeks did not receive a response.I finally got a response from a chat I initiated on their website on November 30, 2023. They requested a video showing the product defect. I **** the video and they confirmed receipt of the video on December 2, **************************************************************I **** further e-mails on December 11, December 28, and January 23 asking for an update. I have not received any information regarding a refund or replacement. It has been 60 days since they have received the video showing the faulty product and have yet to respond with any resolution.

    I ordered a curling Iron 12-31-23 for $112.94 Order #EC70703 from InStyler.com. My product was shipped by DHL delivery service and has been stranded in ***********, ** since 1/6/24. I have been on the phone with DHL and they will not be held responsible for the package, DHL has told me to contact the company. A person named "****" from customer service tried to tell me my package was delivered, I immediately sent her screen shots from DHL website proving that was not true. Not hearing back from them for many days I reached out again. **** then offered me a 50% off coupon. I keep asking for a refund on the product I did not receive and they will not answer. Last response today from **** was that the product is still being delivered. At this point I am just trying to get a refund.
