I just found an old InStyler that still works like new and I thought it was hilarious because I have had it for so long. These things are indestructible! This isn't to say that I don't have others, which is strange because I have interacted with the company several times and they are absolutely the best company ever! I have no idea why there would be so many bad reviews. My vote is always has been amazing.Review from Julie B

I purchased an Instyler brush and have been trying to return it since 10/25/2023. They refuse to send a return label, answer their phone and reply to my emails other than to say: "Our team is already looking into this matter. We would get back to you with an update as soon as we receive a response from the team." email address is orders at instyler.com. I email every week and receive no return label or answer to how to return it. It is perfectly new in the original box. Do not order from this company. They do not honor their return policy or have any type of customer service. Possibly a scam. The phone number listed on this page does not work.Review from Maureen S

I purchased an InStyler hair tool and it did not work for my hair. It took several days to get communication with the company on the details of returning the product since I had obviously opened it. Then after paying the money to have it shipped back to return, I have not received my refund in over 1 month. My attempts at contacting customer service through email and even the chat feature on the website have failed. So I am out: no hair tool, money spent to purchase the tool, and ********* to return the tool. It looks like this is a reoccurring theme from the other reviews. My goal is to let other consumers know this company's negligence.Review from Krista R

I purchased an Instyler hair tool and when I tried to return the item since it did not meet my expectations, I had to request a refund which took several days. I then packaged my return which cost me $16 to return only to have sat for 2 months waiting on a decision to accept my return. I have reached out to customer support and the return email address I received my return label from multiple times with no response. I am out around $80+ with no product and none of my money returned. So far the site seems like a scam. Had I known they do not accept returns/refunds (which is not stated anywhere since they do in fact accept them) I would have just kept the item I paid for. Now I am out money with nothing to show for it and no one returning any emails.Review from Maureen G

Purchased the top of the line instyler. After about 8 months the brushes started falling out. Out of the 6 mo warranty so I purchased another. Same problem. Customer service# sends you to a paid service! Essentially no customer service. GOOD IDEA,BAD PROUDUCT.Review from Linda M

I purchased the Max wet to dry brush, but am not happy with the product. It does not work well with my hair type. I bought an Instyler Cerasilk Curling Iron and I couldn't be happier! It really makes my hair look great. I have super straight hair, and the curls it makes are beautiful. The iron itself is a beautiful design and so easy to use. Super happy with this product.Review from Minako Y
