    Save your time and your sanity -- go check out one of the many other dealers in the *******. This one has staff with an unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism. We've bought multiple vehicles from other dealers and when visiting Volvo Culver City , the sales rep was rude and provided us with horrendous service because we did not book an appointment in advance. Not to mention there were no other customers, and all the car salespeople were chatting away in plain sight. The sales rep not only treated us as if we could not afford a car but she also was to busy having a romantic moment with her significant other in her office versus allowing us the time of day to discuss the price of the vehicle in a private space versus in the lobby. I called multiple times to speak to a manager and never got a call back. I even spoke with the ** and he assured me that the sales manager would call me back. I have yet to get a call back. They are supposed to be a ************ authorized dealership but don't waste your time, they are ruining the ************ customer service standards. I don't usually write reviews, but want to help any other person out there save their time and money.
