    On January 16th I cancelled a pre-order for an EX90 and was told would receive my refunds in 5-7 business days. It has been two month in which I have called the dealership 6 times, spoke to various employees, have been assured the refund will be appear on my credit card statement to only find out nothing has been done. I have spoken to various others who have also had the same experience getting their money back. This is not an isolated incident. I would like my money back.

    I recently had the most disappointing experience with a car Culver City Volvo Dealership. They completely disregarded my convenience and displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism throughout my interaction with them.To begin with, I needed to return my leased Volvo, and as per Volvo financial's guidelines, I was informed that I could drop it off at ANY dealership without an appointment. However, when I approached this dealership, they refused to accept my vehicle without an appointment, despite other dealerships in the area (****************** Volvo) accommodating such drop-offs. This arbitrary rule made no sense and inconvenienced me greatly.Frustrated by their lack of flexibility, I escalated the issue to the manager. I explained to her that I work six days a week and it would be practically impossible for me to come back for another appointment. Instead of empathizing with my situation or attempting to find a reasonable solution, the manager callously responded with, "That's your choice." This dismissive remark was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.What makes matters worse is that my wife and I have been loyal customers at this dealership, frequently visiting them for servicing our Volvos. However, this experience has left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I will no longer trust them with my vehicle servicing needs. Furthermore, I will never consider leasing or buying a car from this establishment again.It is incredibly disappointing to see a dealership that supposedly prides itself on customer service and satisfaction treat its customers so poorly. Their refusal to accommodate a simple lease return without an appointment, coupled with the manager's dismissive attitude, speaks volumes about the dealership's lack of professionalism and disregard for its customers.
