1 starI wish I read this review before I purchased. I really disappointed. The Ring was much smaller then the original photo and fake stones how I can return it?

1 starDisappointed with quality versus price. I purchased some gold covered earrings, bracelet and ring. All the jewelry was marked with 925. The gold ring should have cost less than $25.00, but was auctioned as an up-sale as $120.00. This is not a good value for what you receive. The shipping is not combined with multiple items and you get charged $16 per item. I did find the return process to be fairly easy so I will not complain about having one star rating.PoliceAuctions.com

The jewelry did include diamonds and while we don't provide values for items, you'll find that sellers don't give those items away at ridiculous prices either. 1 starFalse advertising. I bid on AAA citrine stones and received junk in return. The stone clarity is nothing like the auction photos. Very clear with a slight tint of yellow. Im pretty sure that these are fake! Going to have them checked out to confirm.PoliceAuctions.com

1 starI ordered two rings and other jewelry both rings were supposed to be diamonds One ring is supposed to be $7,000 from the site something told me to take those rings to a very good jewelry place. When I did they told me there weren't diamonds and one ring wasn't even silver. I called my bank had them put a stop on all payments to that company. Thank you for your review. The items are as described. Please note we use a stone tester that displays the stone materials to verify the stones, so when your 'jeweler' eyeballed the diamonds and called them fake, they were mistaken, or worse, unprofessional. Stone testers measure the heat retention of the stone and that is not something you can see with your eyes. We have a 100% refund policy so instituting a chargeback to obtain a refund is completely unnecessary and results in a slower refund process since the bank takes up to 60 days to process them. We pride ourselves on our fast, friendly customer service. Also note, as noted in the item description, we do not provide values for the items. Reading the item description before bidding is the key to a positive purchasing experience. Our site has over 10 million users, the vast majority are happy with our service. We still find it frustrating when someone ends up with a negative experience, so we do our best with every customer to help them have a positive experience. 5 starsI have won several items on this site and have been very satisfied. I took a ring to a jeweler to verify authenticity and it was as described. Diamond earrings were larger than expected and they also give you all dimensions and specifications of the item. Returned 1 item a month ago and was given a 100% refund. 1 starRegarding the jewelry sold on this website....EVERYTHING is originally from Temu, Shein, Aliexpress etc. If you find a piece of jewelry or anything for that matter online the new Galaxy S24 allows you to draw around it & then it searches the entire internet for it. EVERY piece of jewelry on policeauctions.com had the above mentioned websites as the primary source. Meaning everything that's being auctioned off this website originally cost less than FIVE DOLLARS. They even put the "Retail" value in the upper right hand corner of the jewelry item being auctioned. Some of these values are thousands of dollars. However when I search online for the EXACT same item, I can buy it brand new for $3-$5. Total scam.PoliceAuctions.com
