    If I can leave half a star I would. Mint Mobile has some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and personally do not feel that Mint knows how to help their customers because they seem to blame the customer for the problems instead of helping them. My phone has been sim locked with Mint for many many months. It seems when I do call mint, they will not take responsibility to help me get it unlocked. I have spoken to many other lines of businesses that Mint has sent me to (company I bought the phone from, apple, and Best Buy) and all of them say the ones responsible for getting your phone SIM unlocked is your phone provider. Last when I spoke to them to mention this information, they put me on hold for 30 MINS WITH NO UPDATE ON WHAT WAS GOING ON to just send me back in a circle because they do not want to take responsibility. It was at a point where the representative (****** was their name) was putting me off of hold and putting me on hold again just to buy her more time. I just do not understand how MULTIPLE companies I have been sent to BY MINT have all given me the same resolution that MINT IS THE ONE THAT HAS TO GET MY SIM UNLOCKED. Even with documentation from the other lines of businesses, MINT STILL refuses to help me. I am not hopeful by writing this that MINT will be able to do anything to assist me with my situation. 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY

    On June 24 I ordered a phone and year of service from Mint Mobile for $381 but got no confirmation email. On Monday June 27 I called customer service to see if the order was received and they had no record of my order, so I reordered the service for $370. On June 28 I got an email for both orders, saying they were on the way. I only need one phone. I called and tried to get one phone and service cancelled and was told I had to wait for the phone to arrive to get an RMA to return it. I kept the first phone I received and arranged to return the second, which Mint received via UPS on July 5. Still waiting on that refund which I was told was processed on 7/14/22. Customer service is the worst. Not sure which country they are in, but EVERY time I call I have to repeat this over and over again, giving order numbers, UPS tracking numbers, even my phone number when I am using the Mint carrier phone. They have NO information about me or this return. I have no way of contacting anyone who is helpful. If they think I am keeping this service after the year is up they are out of their minds. I would leave an even lower rating if that were possible. I want to hear from someone in your company who can actually help.

    Was told by phone, after I called yet again, a refund was sent 8/14. Just checked and guess what, not true.

    So I get an email from ************* Support" with no name. They want account number, phone number, all kinds of numbers to help me with my refund. Why doesn't Mint Mobile have all that info, if that is really where that email is coming from? I am hesitant to answer because I am already being ripped off by Mint. Why is this so **** hard to get a refund? They received the phone back on July 5. Every time I call, every time I go on chat, the service agents have NO INFORMATION about who I am. I am a current customer with them. There is literally no way to contact anyone who can actually help me.

    I gave my phone number to two different sources. No phone calls from anybody with real responsibility in the company. They're sorry. They're going to "escalate" my case. I heard that phrase from two different sources. Emails. My case is being investigated. The phone was returned on July 5 according to *** tracker. They are a bunch of thieves, does this really need to be escalated to state attorney generals office?

    Got another email lie. They are investigating my claim. Phone was returned on July 5. Supposedly my refund was sent on July 14. But they are still investigating and escalating. Should only take another 5 years I'm sure. Stay away from MINT MOBILE!!!!!!!

    They keep sending emails to. I have request them to stop over 20 times but they keep sending them. I think they are scam company. I will never buy anything from them.
