    Both me and my wife have mint mobile. Its been good till we tried to add a business line and its been nothing but a headache. To start and in fairness we ported a number in that too a while to be ported in. It was stated that it would take some time before we did it. So no issue there. The issue starts with the *** card. Received the *** card and set up the account to port the number in. Waited the time for it process but when it was completed I installed the sim into a phone that already has mint mobile on it. Phone registered NO ***. So I called the company about it and spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone trouble shooting the issue. Faulty *** card. Tried the *** in multiple phone with the same result. So the agent said that they would send me another *** card. Waited 4 days with no *** card received. Started a chat with an agent and after about a 1/2 hour he tells me that it was never shipped due to not having a payment method on the account. The only way to set that up is if I have a working *** card to get a verification code to log into the account. And the agent never said anything about needing a payment method for a replacement ***. Was told over chat due to security reasons I would have to call in to supply the information. Called back was put on hold while being transferred to the payment **** and was hung up on. Called back again and was finally put thru to the **** and set that up. Then they tell me that I have to talk to another **** to process the replacement ***. And again I had to supply all the same information that I have been supplying about my phone and was put on hold again. I guess she was doing something to get the replacement. I dont know. All I know is she put me on indefinite hold as the time slipped past 9 pm my time 7 pm PST. So I was disconnected yet again. So now. I have to pay for a *** card that was faulty from the get go. Spent 5+ hours on the phone with them and I have yet to get any confirmation that my replacement *** was issued.

    After paying for a couple of short term contracts with Mint, I paid for a year of service. Maybe 2 months later, I had no service. No phone, text or internet. I have home Internet with a different company so was able to contact friends and found my neighbors were also having problems with TMobile, which had recently bought out Mint. The next day the texting slowly came back but was still dropping calls or reception was so bad no one could hear me. I need my phone for work. On about the 3rd or 4th day I couldn't take anymore time off from work so I sat on the phone with "Mint Support", using my wifi calling, FOR SIX HOURS. That's when I found out they don't have tech support. They also don't give refunds despite not giving the service I paid for. I was told by the support team manager that someone from their tech support **** would be notified of this issue and I was given a ticket # ( I was prohibited from contacting this person or even given a name, so I can only assume they don't exist). The next day I drove 30 mins away from my home and found my service to be working so apparently, at least on that day, the problem was in the area where I live. It's maybe 2 weeks later now and my service is working at home again but I lost several days of work because of Mint I am not happy with the company, their No Refunds policy or that their reps have no training in tech. I wish I had seen all the complaints here before trusting this company.

    Ive had SOS only since 6/7/23. Contacted mint mobile customer service and tried everything they said and still nothing. Im confused because the first two months worked perfectly fine with no problems, i even went to a different state and it worked great. Its seriously annoying to be paying for unlimited service and to receive nothing in return. Been reading up on this issue and it seems a lot of people have been in a similar situation and mint mobile has basically thrown them to the wolves. i would really hate to have to switch back to T-Mobile

    Signed up for a three month contract and requested my phone be ported from my previous provider, ( OOMA Business ).~20 tries later, no transfer. Tried online, by phone, from the App. I requested they cancel and they asked me for the first six numbers of my credit card and the last four which i found odd. When I requested they send me an email, it was from a domain that was not mint mobile. Feel like I've been hacked, lol, business in the 21st century.Its stressful and very poor service.Funny thing is, I have another number with them and I never had any problems, its why I signed up with them.

    I personally have loved this mobile phone service more than any other. Not only has it been extremely affordable for a single person but it had incredible service for my area and other known trouble areas. A year and a half in now it's starting to decline. However, I see they're teeming with T-Mobile and that's probably the problem. I left Sprint for that very reason. Had no problems with Sprint until they did the same thing. So I'm quite sure the signal will remain absolutely terrible until T-Mobile puts forth the millions of dollars that it will need to upgrade its towers. Good luck. I guess I need to look for another mobile service that doesn't involve T-Mobile. It's truly a shame. I've been through ************ Sprint T-Mobile just about them all...well who needs a phone.

    This company lies in their marketing. System is not accurate. **************** unable to escalate your calls. No one can help. Left me with no service for 5 days and then just threw my number back at me and told me to fend for myself. Their materials say they will help get you connected or back to your provider and this is not the case. Also part of the same service provider I was on and told me it be seem less and it obviously was not. Time and money wasted with no help.

    I signed up, thinking it would be a good option since I call ****** a lot, but they had trouble transferring my old #. I went over the information with my carrier and Mint several times and they still couldn't get the information correct in order to transfer my number. I asked them to stop trying to transfer it because I decided to go to a different carrier and they couldn't access my number because it was tied up with Mint's request, which wasn't working anyway. I was told it would take an hour or two to do that and it still wasn't done as of the next day.Every time I talk to a representative, they say they will call me back that day and not one of them has. They would not transfer me to a manager. I don't complain easily, but this has been a time-consuming experience and not worth it.

    If it were possible to give negative stars... I WOULD! Do not utilize Mint Mobile as your cellular carrier. My wife was gifted a phone that was not compatible with their service and she really liked the new phone, so I ported her number to a new carrier. When I contacted Mint Mobile in regards to a refund of the two remaining months of **************** I was told that since I did not cancel within 24hrs there would be no refund. Basically this companies policy is s**** you, another person will replace you... criminals hiding behind an LLC. If you are late renewing they would cut you off immediately, cancel service and they are like "Thanks for your hard earned money, now (insert expletive here) off!"

    The service is on but trying to return a defective device had been impassible and costly. The cuisine experience is bad as I've seen other people complain of the same issues with phones from the same manufacturer. I was offered ac rma that net came and then I read offered it again but then they backpedaled and refused. Or send that there is no retail control or accountabili**. I'm unable to get a proper receipt and they don't honor their own policies, they just twist the meaning for the company's own gain. Pawning the problem off on manufactures and insurance companies when they're legally bound to take accountabili**. And telling you they're sorry for your experience. I had to claim the purchase w my creditor and only after I mentioned that did they offer ** send a label I still have yet to recieve. I will never buy another device from this company and I urger consumers to be weary and to have all their bases covered before joining mummy. Definitely keep your old device if you order a new one through this company. I had another carrier for 5 years and I only transferred my number on good faith. I didn't read enough reviews or forums about their retail practices.
