1 starThere system is full of bugs, i have opted for yearly plan on july 7th and paid ****** dollar , after 3 months of service suddenly my service got suspended today and when I called the customer service multiple times they are keep saying same-thing that there is a chargeback in my account and that is the reason my service got suspended but when I asked with my bank they confirmed that the amount i paid back in July has processed and never reverted back . The ******************* explaining to mint customer service they still fail to understand and keep saying that they have never charged me ****** amount even though they have provided me three months of service and suddenly the amount i paid got disappeared form mint and my service got suspended . Unfortunately after spending whole day with customer care i had to pay again in order to activate my service again and had to create dispute with my bank. Still not sure if i am going to receive my money back and somehow if i get my money back i am afraid that the mint mobile going to suspend my service again.Mint Mobile

1 starThe ABSOLUTE WORST phone company. Ever.Tried to cancel the service on line and after 11 hours, called the bank and claimed a fraud charge so we wouldn't have to pay them.I can't say without cursing, what a horrible experience it was.Mint Mobile

1 starBait and switch?I left ******* and signed up with Mint for this deal: $15 per month for unlimited data. I was skeptical as this is such a great price and the salesperson, who sounded like he was on a beach in ***********, said "no worries, you're getting a family plan promotion that will get you unlimited for $15 per month even after the 90 days.I'm now on the phone with someone that's saying that's not possible and they will give the salesperson extra training. The new price is $30/month for unlimited for a family plan of 3 or more lines. Also they put my young sons on their own plans which means it's even higher.Isn't this a bait and switch?Mint Mobile

1 starBought a phone for my mother which has since quit working. She no longer wants the phone. Unfortunately, I purchased a 12 month plan of which she only used 3 months. Mint Mobile refuses to give any rebate on the plan since they are a prepaid company. Their prices are good and I had thought about transferring my ******* plan to them, but this gave me serious doubt as to their integrity ... *******, I will not.Mint Mobile

2 starsI dont know how Mint Mobile has such terrible service if its using T-Mobile towers. My roommate has T-Mobile without issue. However, both Mint Mobile phones I have get extremely poor service in *******************. Im in the city! Why is the service nonexistent?!? Its very bad.Mint Mobile

I'm proud to say I'm with Mint Mobile and not Net 10 Wireless,who by the way has crappt customer care,but great service. I want both and got it from Mint Mobile. 1 starBeen a customer with ****************** for 8 months now. I ordered a phone and SIM card through them, but while on the same call I ordered it on, cancelled the order and confirmed it with the representative I was on the line with. Come present day, Ive been charged over $680 to my bank account through monthly payments for a device and card that I never received. Despite having physical proof of the device and card being returned through ***** back to Mint Mobile, they still refuse to issue a refund, having me jump back and forth from random Affirm and Mint Mobile representatives. Ive been attempting to get a refund from them for months on end, having gotten different excuses as to why I havent gotten any money back or any confirmation from them stating a refund would be issued. As of 10/09/2023 I attempted to contact them 5 times, 3 of which I was hung up on. Highly recommend not purchasing ANYTHING from Mint Mobile aside from their service. If there are any problems you will receive nothing in return.Mint Mobile

1 starI signed up for service and was able to transfer my phone numbers to the new service. All was fine until 3 days after we became customers, we received an email saying our accounts were cancelled and that we will receive refunds for the 2 lines we transferred, although we never cancelled our service and all was working fine. When calling the customer service line, after being transferred and on hold several times, the customer service representative said that because the accounts were cancelled we cannot continue with our same phone numbers if we want to keep the opening rate but if we pay 3 times more, we can keep our phone numbers. This was extremely disappointing as we had never called or had any form of communication to cancel with Mint Mobile in any form - up until this, our phones were working fine.The customer service representative said that there was nothing else that they can do, even though they dont have any record that we contacted them to cancel. Our accounts just canceled without any verification from us. This could be read as a scam or a fraudulent transaction, at the very least, false advertising. However, its most likely that the company doesnt know what they are doing, and its set up to blame the customer for a company mistake and mismanagement. Over all, not a great start for a business that relies on great customer support.Mint Mobile

1 starMy sons phone was destroyed in an auto accident so he has no sim card. He used my phone and called over a week ago to get a replacement and was told it would be here within 5 business days. He had to use my phone again to call today and see where the sim card was. They told him after being transferred 3 different times that the sim card was never ordered. He was told he needed to provide 5 previous phone numbers that he called from his prior phone or they would not help him. He has no phone to be able to look up 5 prior numbers!!!!! He was only able to provide 2 numbers because he knows my number and his fathers number. They told him if couldn't provide 3 more they were not going to help and would be ending the call. They have now locked his account!!! They have ****** of his money and are REFUSING to assist! This company is a JOKE! So much for *************************...Mint Mobile

1 starIn a world of bad customer service everywhere you go, you really have to be super bad to move to the top of the list but Mint Mobile wins the prize. ************************* should be mortified to have his name associated with this company of incompetent workers. Every time you are transferred to the **********'s and agents who read off a script and barely speak english.I had 2 lines both shut off with no notice 2 days apart. When the first line was shut off i called, got the phillipines, 3 different agents (they refused a supervisor) till the last of the 3 seemed to fix the issue of the one line getting disassociated from the other. told me they had to refund the charge, reassociate the accounts and re charge me. Yeah the shut off line was back on.I wake up today and the other line is shut off with no notice, saying non-payment. I have spent the last two hours via phone line and ******* trying to get this resolved yet again with no avail.so i have called another carrier to switch to them but cant without the account # and transfer pin from ********************** which i have not been able to get.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MINT MOBILE, they make ATT and ******* look good and who would have ever thought that.Mint Mobile
