    What you gain in a lower phone bill, you lose in customer service. There is none. If you are lonely and want to talk to a random person about random topics, contact their customer service. There is nothing they are authorized or capable of doing. It makes for an extremely frustrating experience. As a current customer, I DO NOT recommend.

    If you do not have to deal with customer service, then they are fine. Their customer service is incompetent and needs training. First of all, when you call in, they do not take your number in case of a disconnection. I talked to three representatives and all three gave different varying answers. They gave me word salad. I had to weed through the information they gave me to solve my own problem. ************************* needs to go on a hiring campaign to better train his trainers to teach the customer service reps how to look up information before they give the wrong answer and how to call the customer back when the call drops. I would not be surprised if all of my interactions were not noted to avoid getting in trouble. Their customer service SUCKS!

    Dear Team,I had cancelled my Mint subscription because I was planning to leave the States. I had received a confirmation from your customer care executive with the tracking number CRT ***** on December 1st. It is shocking to hear from your customer executive today that it has not been processed and there is no account for this. This is terrible support, and I was about to recommend Mint to my friends, but now I am reconsidering it. Kindly provide me with my rightful refund and resolve this issue.

    I had 3 months for 15 per month. I put 180 dollars on my account to renew for 12 months. When the 3 months expired instead of renewing me with the 180, they took 95 from my PayPal for 3 months. Now I'm trying to get my 180 back that's been sitting in their account for nearly 2 months. I'm 5 calls in and still have not got my money back. So, they did not honor the 15 per month deal. They screwed me over. I'll be dropping them when my over paid for 3 months are up. I may have to file a claim with PayPal to get my 180 back. Unbelievable mess. Mint is just not worth the headaches.

    My account was paid for and active as of December 1, 2023. It is now December 12, 2023 and they decided to cancel my account and refund my money. I was at work, just started a new job, and my phone suddenly stops making and receiving calls. Perfect timing Mint. So I contact them via chat (since no service), ask why they cancelled my service with no request to do so and they just said sorry for the inconvenience and if you want to restore service send us more money. Prove to me I submitted a form to cancel in the first place. They cant. This was Mints mistake, not mine. So why would I give Mint more money when I havent actually received the money they say they refunded? Right now I have an email saying they did, there is no pending transaction on my bank account and waiting **** business days is not an option when I need my phone for work. Also, why would I trust they wouldnt keep cancelling service whenever they want to just so they can ask for money again? None of this makes sense and 100% would not recommend Mint Mobile. At this point, it is a scam.

    I have the same experience as ************************ could get their service up and running and when I tried to get a refund I received this email. I was on the phone for hours working with them to get my new phones to work with their service. It took weeks of calling.Hello **** S*****, Ultra/ Mint Mobile Customer Resolution support here!     I opted for a plan that was advertised with the cyber week in Nov 2023 which included additional 6 months of free service when you buy/add 6 months of service (so total of 12 months). When I received the phone and tried to get it activated they (mint mobile) said that you need to transfer another number. This was not mentioned anywhere when the deal was purchased. On contacting customer service they said we cannot honor the phone purchase with the deal as you need to transfer the service (phone number) from another carrier and is mentioned somewhere in the fine print. This was a purchase as a "new customer" for my son as I am currently a Mint subscriber. I thought they would provide a new number with this deal but they wanted me to port an existing phone number from another service provider. This is totally wrong and deceptive practice. When I mentioned what other options do I have they mentioned we can give 3 months of free service with 3 months plan purchase. I said that is fine but I paid for 6 months of service with 6 months paid as part of the deal. So they need to refund half of the amount paid to bring the amount to 3 months and then add 3 months as free (total 6 months). Again the customer service said we cannot refund any money and amount paid will count for 6 months. Where is the free 3 months then I asked and they said they cannot do anything about it. This is classic fleecing of the customer. I am totally disappointed with the service and more so being a loyal Mint Customer for the past many years.

    If you don't port-in a number then the promotion is not aplicable as the only rule of this promo is to port-in a number, if you opt for a new number then you get what you paid, six months.

    I paid for three months service upfront but *********** could never get their service up and running on my moto-G stylus. I requested a refund which I've never received and I couldn't even get my phone number back from them. Worst experience with a phone company ever!
