    Worst experience of my lifetime. Mint is one of the most fraudulent vile companies to ever exist. Their level of incompetence is matched only by their burning desire to make the customers experience as frustrating as possible. I ordered a phone from them and it was deemed damages and never made it to me. I spoke to Mint for countless hours, messaging them on chat and social media. After two months, nothing has happens except fake promises. Its a constant repeat of being gaslit with apology, a promise it will be solved followed by my case being escalated to the back office team and a promise the issue will be solved in 48 hours. Three days later after nothing has happen I call back and find out my ticket was closed and there is no resolution. Then repeat these steps every 3 days for two months gaslit into insanity. Never ever do business with this company.

    Terrible experience!!!! Each number had its own different account number, when i went to switch it over to a different carrier because "ironically" the prices got way more expensive after the initial deal; anyways, each phone had its own account number and transfer pin. It took us over an hour trying to get access to these account numbers. The ONLY two options they give you to get the account number and transfer pin is to either they send a text to a sim card (which we had 1 never get the text) and two they want 5 phone numbers over the last 90 days. Well we had a broken phone for 90 days, so we didn't have this as an option, and the phone was broken so no way to text either?!? They suggested using a "spare" phone like we all just have extra unlocked phones lying around?!?! Then asked for a supervisor, which while we waited on hold there was no supervisor available at any time so she said she couldn't do anything to help us. SO the only solution was to get a whole number phone number, and we all know how inconvenient that it is! Never again will I use this company and never will I recommend it.

    I wish there were an option to give them a negative rating, as they are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their practices are highly deceptive - the website indicated 2-3 days for shipping when placing my order, but the subsequent email stated 3-5 business days. When I called to inquire, both the initial representative and their supervisor confirmed they do not offer 2-3 day shipping, contradicting the online information. Moreover, the supervisor transferred me without informing me, connecting me with another unsuspecting customer, which left us both astonished. Attempting to cancel my order proved to be another ordeal; they stated I wouldn't receive confirmation for ***** hours, and the refund would take an additional **** business days. This experience has left me with no desire to continue dealing with them.

    Terrible service. They recycle/reuse phone numbers, hence is impossible to use WhatsApp since it has been already assigned to a previous user or either numbers are marked as spam by WhatsApp. Also I got several spam calls and SMS. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

    I wouldn't order online from them. My phone was never delivered and Mint mobile did not take responsibility for it. ***** denied my claim also. Now I'm going round in circles between them both. It's been 5 months and no resolution. The support isn't helpful either. They message you back with a different person each time and the replies seem auto generated to me. I'd stay away from ordering online as there is no support if things go wrong. Ordered a ****** pixel phone brand new.

    Absolutely horrible company.I referred 2 people for their service. I was given service credit for 1 person. My plan was up for renewal and I wanted to clear the second credit before renewal.When I contacted them for help, I spoke with 7 different live chat agents and 2 phone calls over 2 days. All the agents refer you back and forth with no help. When I escalated it to the supervisor, ******, she didnt resolve the matter and further referred me to another department and told me to wait another 48 hours for a reply. I told her I wanted to speak to her boss to resolve the issue now please. She said she didnt have a boss as she was a supervisor. I asked her for her full name so I can call the highest department for help and reference who I spoke to without resolving the issue. She lied and said her name is ****. When I confronted her that she said her name is ******, she proceeded to get rude and gaslight me so avoid blame. This company has awful service and I regret referring anyone to them. DONT GET THEIR SERVICE!

    I give them 0 stars but the rating requirement is at-least 1 star for this site. I have received poor service. I have been dealing with *********** back and forth regarding my inability to receive any service of any kind at all. Obviously that means Im paying for service I am unavailable use. They representatives trued the same. 3 steps. This Wednesday February 14th **** the company. Told me to find other coverage and told me if i dont the only coverage I could receive with them would be on WiFi only. The multiple towers in my area will no longer be functioning and there were no plans to doc them.Worst company. They have lost me as a customer and of anyone asks I will tell them to find service elsewhere. Mint mobile will not be reliable, professional, or capable of solving solutions of service issues arise.

    Phone was stolen and it took 2 days to get them to freeze the account. 3 months later I have a phone that is able to use the Esim. Now they won't let me access the account unless I provide 5 phone numbers I've called in the past 90 days. How can I do that if I haven't used the service in more than 90 days. Locked and flagged my account. No refunds for a 12-month plan. Despicable.

    On 1/24/24 I ordered a phone and paid $20 extra for overnight shipping. The phone did not arrive until 5 days later. I never opened the package or used the phone as I needed one immidiately for business. I contacted them to request a refund on1/30/24. They sent me the following confimation. Refund Request MMO_384194. The request was granted so I returned the phone with the label provided. On 2/9/24 they confirmed receipt and the following. "We are reaching out to follow up on your refund request.We've received your package, however, we are still waiting for our warehouse team to confirm everything is fine and eventually issue the refund. As soon as we get an update, we'll let you know." To date I have not received a credit on my credit card.

    Mint Mobile has been a huge disappointment. My ordeal began on Feb 8 when my iPhone 11 broke. The next day, I got an iPhone 13 and tried to set up a new eSim with Mint, but it failed. Multiple eSim requests later, none worked. Mint's verification system, requiring me to recall 5 recent call numbers, was impractical due to my broken phone, causing further delays.Despite ****'s suggestions and multiple attempts, including a recommended check with Apple (who confirmed my phone was fine), the eSims continued to fail. Mint then suggested a physical ***, promising it would arrive within 2-3 business days. By Feb 15, the *** hadn't arrived, so I called Mint to confirm that a Physical Sim is on it's way, and it turned out the request for it was never made.Mint's inability to expedite the shipping process or offer a viable solution has left me without a phone for over a week, a situation likely to extend to two. This experience, especially after switching from **** and initially being satisfied, has been a letdown. The affordability of Mint comes at a cost, and I plan to leave Mint as soon as possible.
