    This has been a nightmare!Ordered phones & service 7/21 -- my mistake and had wrong delivery address.Called 7/27 to see if we can redirect phones to correct address. Told would have to cancel 1st order and place a 2nd one. Assured no extra charges.Phones came, we activated and everything fine. On 8/9 my service was discontinued -- they said we "requested refund". Spent 4 hours on the phone with them and finally got phone turned back on.Meanwhile MINT is making unauthorized additional charges to my account -- 3 charges totaling over $1,000!!!8/11 My phone again is disconnected. I've spend almost $4K -- have a new phone -- but no service and the most frustrating part -- no help. Cannot reach anyone with MINT in the states and that is super frustrating.***************************

    They are liers and cheats. Avoid totally. When I signed up salesman repeatedly told me data would just be slowed the 3G speed when you used your allotment. Not true you are disconnected till next month.

    Mint Mobile does not work in group messages with a mix of android and iOS users. Additionally you can not send media files to Android users on IOS. I have tried all support carrier service options to fix this with no resolve. Unless I want to perhaps factory reset my phone or get a new phone. There are countless articles on Reddit about this. I have tried to contact support to get my account number to switch carriers and there is no account number visible on the provide which forces you to go through an endless loop chat with bots. This is unacceptable and deceptive business practice

    Ok I changed my mind on the four stars. I didnt get a full seven day trial like promised and when I try to get my money back, they they can only give a refund if is seven days or less. Im at 13 now even with the trial and they still refuse refund. Im paying for something that I am not using. Just a heads up. If it sounds too good to be true, it normally it is NOT true. I thought this one would be different, but its not the first time Ive been wrong. Please reconsider switching to mint mobile.

    Terrible service. Had to pay like 6 months in advance to activate my SIM card. I as well as 3 of my friends couldnt do it. We found their directions were incomplete. Been trying since January to get my money back. I heard a different story EVERYTIME. Now today they tell me its too late. They ripped me for about ******. And they are obviously panning calls out to ******** cuz you can hardly understand them! Im really ******. Im on social security and Im not Im not the only one this has happened to!! Me big bucks movie star **** needs to treat customers better and he needs to reimburse me!!!!

    My ******* S7 Edge required multiple attempts (50) to make a call from my home. Oftentimes I would get Mobile service is not available, or Out of service area, or Emergency calls only. Finally I was able to make the call. After multiple weeks of this situation, I called Mint Mobile ************* 3 times. The first time, I was told to remove SIM card after power off and that Mint would reset something. After following instructions, the problem still wasnt corrected. So, my second call to the Mint Mobile ************* where they informed me to go to settings and reset network connectivity. I followed those instructions and still had the issue, although not as severely. The third time I called the Mint Mobile *************, I was subjected to a false holding area stating that extreme call volume would require a wait for a person to respond. The reason that message proved false was that after 30 minutes of waiting, I used my wifes cell phone (also with Mint Mobile service) to call the Mint Mobile ************* and was quickly passed to a customer agent even as my cellphone was still stating extreme call volumes causing delays. It appears that Mint Mobile ************* can mark a phone number as undesirable to handle.

    My zip code came in as excellent service area for Mint. I changed from ******* to Mint Mobile on Monday and had 1.5 mbps download with Mint! Support said there was a problem in my area of ***** since July. I live in Georgia. He said chances of getting this rectified was unlikely and suggested I switch back to ******* and did the very next day. I have RO# to return phone but cant sign in to print label and cant reset password. I have spent hours trying to get help. I have literally been lied to on several occasions. We will email you the ability to print without signing in. They did not. Another manager said it takes 24 to 48 hours to deliver email. I asked if I can have an address to return the phone with RO# on my own dime and was told no. The email never came. It does no good to call them back. I just keep getting lied to. This company is a scam! They dont deserve one star.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE. The cheaper monthly is not worth it. They locked two of our Apple phones that we owned outright! These were previously unlocked phones. I am on day 3 of spending my entire day dealing with customer service to get my phone unlocked. Not only that, when you have a "Mint Family" and then later you want to port out all the numbers, there is not ONE account and pin for the family. You will have to get the account number and pin for each and every Mint Family member to port out the numbers. They also do not freely display your account number, so you'll wait and wait and wait just to get the account numbers. Stick with the major carriers like TMobile, ************** etc.

    Avoid the Mint Mobile if possible. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I called to fix my slow internet issue, at least two the callers promised to call me back after resetting the network but never. One of the callers ordered me an eSim instead, and disabled my physical sim card because of the incompatibility issue. I was completely out of service no call/no text/no internet until a new physical sim can be sent to me after many days later.

    On March 2 of this year I signed up and pre-paid for one year of service with Mint Mobile. That's $393.78 after taxes.I was very happy with them and even converted a friend over to them, which gave me a $90 credit!Then, on the morning of July 17th, my phone went into SOS mode, after doing the usual troubleshooting steps to no avail, I contacted Mint's CS for help, only to be told that my account had been deleted and my phone number released!!!I was like WTF????According to their CS agent, my account was deleted because I had disputed the charge with my credit card, which I most CERTAINLY did not. After fruitlessly going round-and round with them, trying to get this cleared up, I gave up and asked if I could get a code to port my cell number back to T-Mobile. Nope! Not possible. They had RELEASED my number...a number I had had since the late 90's! Do you know what it's like to have to change a number you've had that long???? ARGH!I asked for a refund on the amount of the pre-pay I hadn't used. I was told NO, that I had requested a charge back on the credit card. My credit card backs me up on this, I have NOT disputed the charges, but I will be!I asked for written proof from Mint, so I could prove to my CC company what had happened, they said NO.So, I am out $393, plus the money I had to give T-mobile to get signed back up on their service, which I now sorely wish I had never left.Stay away from this inept bunch of idiots!
