    I thought I had lost my phone at the store, but it was returned after purchasing another from Mint. Since I didn't need it, I put it up in my drawer in the box. I figured nice to have a back up. Almost a year later (my son had moved in) I decided to see if he could get it to work cause I had plugged it in and couldn't get it to charge. He tried and couldnt either. We called Mint and asked where we could send it to get it fixed. We sent it return reciept.. This was last March !! The lady decided to just refund it instead of fixing it. Every time I call to get an update on my refund, I have to tell my story over and over and over and now they are telling me its too late for a refund, so I try to explain the story and every single time I do I just get nowhere. They won't let me speak to a supervisor or anyone other than the call center folks. Appearently No NOTES on accounts, really ??? . In the process I did a chat about getting a ****** pixel phone to purchase but they were out of them, afterward when he asked if he could help me with anything else, I asked about my refund, and hour and a half later I thought I made some progress as they said the phone was (somewhere) needing to be in their warehouse and they would have it sent there. Then I would get an email with the status of the refund. That was ***** its August so I emailed them 3 days ago and still haven't heard back. So I decided to do this after seeing all the complaints. Bottom line, they have my phone, and the $325.00 I paid for it. I pay yearly for my phone service, just paid for another year in June. Where do I go from here ? I have never dealt with a company that is run this poorly, EVER !!

    MINT Mobile is a SCAM!!!! After pre=paying for up to three months and being told not 5 but about 10 times form different representatives about the great service we would receive in our area. I WAS NEVER REALLY ABLE TO USE IT!! No signal EVER!!! I have a ton and I mean a ton of screenshots from each day, throughout the days of how I had zero service. Calls support 100 times and always the same...Turns out after much research MINT IS a lie, there service is slow and garbage I mean garbage!! Don't get fooled and robbed for your money like I did.

    I've used mint unlimited plan for last 22 months. I live in the middle of a city with 2.5 million people and service has always been spotty. Calls frequently break up (or simply can't be sent), texts fail to send and data is only occasionally enough to stream video (frequently there's no data at all).I've called Mint multiple times about the poor service. They've always blamed it on tower maintenance, but when they "connect me to another tower" the service is just as bad. ??Just brought this all up to customer service and requested a prorated refund for the last 2 months of my subscription so I can leave already, they refused.Get what you pay for holding up strong in Mint's case.

    Mint mobile coverage was fine. Their customer service is why I give the low stars. I have had a few issues that I've needed resolved and every time I try to work with customer service on the phone or chat it takes HOURS. They take forever to get a in contact with a human being. It is incredibly frusterating and I don't have HOURS to resolve a 10 minute issue.

    Mint Mobile international roaming does not work in ***********. I could not make outgoing calls, or answer calls despite using their international roaming credit. **************** stated that they would not be able to reach out due to their policies. Customer chat tried their best to resolve the problem but to no avail. I should not have to struggle to find out why advertised services are incompatible with overseas locations despite you can "easily stay connected while exploring the world with UpRoam" . This is false advertising. Fix your service!

    I transferred 2 numbers to Mint. My phone is stuck in a trial and I cant purchase a plan so that I can get my account number and transfer pin to go back to my previous carrier. I have called at least 5 times just to be told someone would call me back and never received a call back. I have been disconnected every time I call also. My sons phone has a plan but when we transferred his number the mint system lost his esim and now he cant receive calls or texts to get his account number and transfer pin. He also has been told someone would call him back and received no return calls. I just want my phone numbers back so I can get my prior carrier reactivated.

    Don't waste your money. If you do, make sure they provide you with your account number and PIN - you will need it when you go to transfer your account to another carrier.At first the service is decent. After three months, and you renew, the service gets slower and slower and you don't receive phone messages or email messages for ***** hours. Then the calls drop or the person on the other end can't hear you.When you try to obtain you account number and PIN, it is not on your ********************** app and you have to spend 45 minutes to an hour working with a rep on the phone or via text who claims they can't find your account, the verification number they sent you is strangely inaccurate, they are having trouble with the system. All the while, while you are waiting for their system to mysteriously come up, would you mind sharing what new carrier you will be going with? Can they talk you out of it? Can they give you a better deal? Anyway they can keep you as a customer.************************* and ************************ should be ashamed of themselves. This company is cheap and you get what you pay for. Giving them a 1 out of five rating isn't a low enough rating.

    Awful Service!!! Avoid them at all costs. I tried to transfer 2 lines to TMobile and wanted to have our old numbers transfered. Mint transfered the old numbers right away, cut off our cell service and first told me it could take 24 hrs to release the hold on our phones (paid for phone-no balance owed to Mint Mobile). Now after 48 hrs without cell service they advise me it could take 72hrs to release our phones to TMoblie. Why? Why was I not informed that cell service would be cut off and we'd have no cell service for up to 72 hrs!!! The customer service people cut off the calls and do not call you back. I ask to speak to a supervisior but was told they are very busy. I requested a call back from a supervisor when someone is free and that has yet to occur! DO NOT USE MINT! Besides which the cell service is quite spoty...that's why we are going back to TMobile.

    I was a member since 2019, with great service UNTIL I tried switching from a physical SIM to an eSIM due to purchasing a new phone. I spent nearly 5 hours talking to Mint tech support and they could not successfully get my eSIM working. They said that it was an issue with my brand new phone, so I spent another 1.5 hours with Apple tech support. Turns out it was indeed an issue with Mint as I successfully ported my number out in under 5 minutes. Now Im being denied a refund for my 3 remaining prepaid months because Im outside of the 7 day refund policy and no exceptions can be made?! I paid in advance for a service due to being a loyal customer for years, yet they couldnt get the eSIM working on their end. Why would I not be eligible for a refund due to their error? In addition, they charged me twice for a replacement eSIM. I was not notified the first time that I would be charged (I didnt even know I had a saved card on file!!). What a waste of time!

    I placed an order. When a week went by and they hadn't filled it, I canceled the order. How do I get them to refund my money. I'm on Social Security and can't afford to lose $107.00 dollars over an order that was never filled.
