    1. Didn't get my referral credit and wasted an hour talking to customer service but they just don't care. 2. They don't even return the money you put in your digital wallet **************** ever! Don't be fooled by the cheap price.

    The worst. Service doesn't work half the time in the middle of a populous city- as in absolutely no network connection. Several times I was given a "sure fix" so that it doesn't happen again and it always did. I paid for the year up front and tried to cancel less than 2 months in, and even though "it's not a contract" they won't refund any money. Go to ****** ** instead.

    Absolutely Do Not pay ahead for ************* What they do not tell you is if you cancel your service when you pay ahead, you get NO refund! Let me state that again if you cancel your service ahead of the prepaid time period, you get absolutely NO REFUND! I received free service via my internet service provider which gave me access to ******* (good) network, not subpar access Mint purchases. So, I ported my numbers (mine and my spouses) to the new carrier thinking as with most reputable service providers I would be refunded my unused portion of service. I completed an online form to get a refund and when I called to check after a month of hearing nothing, they told me I would not get a refund. This seems illegal to me that they keep funds for unused services provided but I am checking with an attorney on that who says there is a potential class action lawsuit investigation concerning this issue. Just wanted to warn all unsuspecting buyers who think you might get a better deal to pay in advance Do Not Do It!

    If you port your number elsewhere, with the intent of keeping Mint service as a secondary line, they do not allow you to do this. And they will not issue you a refund. As an engineer, I can guarantee this is a policy from the C suite in order to maximize revenue; there is no technical reason that they could not continue your prepaid service with a new number.

    I bought 1 yr service for both myself and my mother Sept 12. She died in October 15. I called to cancel her service and either get a prorated refund or have her 334 remaining days added to my account. I was told NO.We did not have a contract, I simply prepaid them!They said it was not policy. What???Ridiculous Not a company I would ever deal with again You shouldnt either!!

    I was lied to. For 4 months. I bought the year long program for 200 dollars, unlocked my phone and recieved a sim card so i could start using their service. From the first time i put the sim card in i was unable to call or text, i spent week after week teying to fix what the company told me to do, to no avail. Within this tine the 7 day get your money back time period elapsed. I did not seek to get a refund because i was assured by thech support that my phone would work. 4 months in, finally one tech "discovered" that my phone model did not work woth their network, which is ridiculous because when i inputed my phone model onto their site, it said it was supported. So now i have not had a phone for 4 months. I have been lied to the entire time, and i have lost bussiness as a result. I asked a supervisor to try and get a refund and they assured me they would sort it out. I called today 10/26 and was told i couldnt have a refund because of their 7 day policy. This company outright lies to its customers then witholds funds dor services not rendered. I even have proof that i was nkt able to call or text for months, and they still wouldnt help me. Do not go to this company, they will not help you,will waste your time and money.

    We had a three month contract with Mint Mobile. Everything went pretty great the first time around. We renewed and about 10 days after we renewed, all of our data, texting, pretty much everything, except for calling was not working. We called them to let them know the problem. We went through about a week of troubleshooting, and nothing was working. my husband uses his phone for work and was getting in trouble because his phone wasnt working. He uses his phone for his job all day long. (Maps and payments) When we asked for a refund for the next two months, they told us it was outside of their return policy, and that the only thing they could do is troubleshoot. They literally went through all of their troubleshooting, and it still didnt change anything. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY COULDNT FIX THE PROBLEM.

    Probably the best cellular provider I've used. I've had Sprint for about 17 years, ******** T-Mobile and now Mint the past 2 or 3 years. Time flies. In my area of ****************, the signal/service has been comparable to the other companies. So, given that I'm paying only $15 a month for identical service. It's a no-brainer to be with them. I pay in once a year, what my wife pays for her and her two kid's phones every single month. Tried telling her to save herself some money and switch as well, but she's too stubborn. She's actually on my T-Mobile plan that migrated from Sprint. I can't recommend them enough! Unfortunately, most people to BBB are here to complain, not accolade.

    Before you purchase service with Mint mobile be prepared to not have service for many days! I first tried the service in July 2022 which you only have the option to buy 3 months at a time. I paid it ($90 + $15-sim) and the service seemed to be great! Fast forward 3 months I decided to leave t-mobile and have mint mobile for my only service provider.. they had an issue with porting my number which lasted for 72 hours in which time I got fed up and called both carriers on 3 way. We got the issue resolved (I had to open a new line of service with T-Mobile) and my number ported in. Finally it looked as though we were back on track.. unfortunately my number didnt show as registered on my iPhone or in the mint mobile app, but apps that required my cell number started working again as before. I called in to mint mobile to let them know that my number was working properly but was not registered properly (I expressed that I did not want to change anything because it took soooo much work to get the device working) the rep assured me that he was not changing anything; two mins later the phone disconnects from the call and my phone showed SOS only.. so the rep decided to change my sim to an eSim which is not compatible with the new iPhones (13 pro ***** I called in using a friends phone to report the issue only to be told by **** -Mint Mobile Supervisor that the only thing that can be done is to order a new sim and wait for it to be mailed.. so now I have to wait another 3+ days to get a new sim (they dont have a store to pick up a sim). So in closing I will now be completely out of any working service for a week with no resolve or compensation for the inconvenience. I do not recommend the mint mobile service! They DO NOT have a technical department that you can speak with.. they can only email the technical department which never returns any messages and the customer service doesnt follow instructions! Take heed to my warning ?? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY CANT Deliver

    My phone has been unlocked from T-Mobile before I decided to move over to your network (confirmed)! I dont want to do anymore troubleshooting with customer service as this seems to be the issue that caused the problem! Your company needs real technicians that can assist customers with technical issues! I do not want you doing anything to my account (I Do Not Authorize Anyone To Touch My Account) unfortunately my experience is one of trama and I dont want to make it worst! If it was as simple as its made out to be, Im certain that this complaint would have never been filed I will wait around until a new SIM card arrives and I will see if everything is working properly after that. Worst Experience Ever!!!!

    I brought a phone and phone plan from Mint and the phone has never worked! They refused to give a refund on the plan even though the phone never worked and now I have to try to get the phone unlocked so I can get a different service. The worst experience Ive ever had with a business!
