    My husband and I had been Mint customers for 2 years and one fine day, both of our phones were deactivated. The hacker/s stole our identities and made unlawful bank transactions and purchases. We had so much problems calling Mint subsequently validating we were the actual owners. We requested for investigations and the blame was shifted to us. We stopped using Mint and requested refund for the remaining months not using and were initially denied. Eventually they gave all excuses why the refund could not be done or delay as if we were the ones at fault. It had been half a year and I felt as if I wasted half of my life dealing with all this mess. We felt so regretful for choosing Mint.

    My wife and I bought new unlocked iPhones. Call 1: I called customer service. The person who took my call. Then transferred my data to my wifes phone. This started my mint odyssey. Call 2: Called back when I noticed this. Was cut off. Call 3: was cut off again. Call 4: cut off again. Call 5: spoke to a supervisor who couldnt fix it and told me to call Apple. So the supervisor blew me off. Next night called **************** again. Was connected to a tech who knew her job. She fixed both phones in under a hour and was very patient with me waiting while I gathered what I needed. I didnt prepare well because I didnt think they would fix my problem because everyone i previously spoke to were beyond incompetent. I figured on finding a new carrier. The tech/rep who finally helped actually knew her job well. Her name is ******. If you need customer service from mint, request her if possible. We had the same problems when we bought new phones two years age but the fix was taken care of in a couple days after finding someone who knew their job. Point of my story: mint customer service is a c*** shoot. We are happy with the service once its configured correctly but if you need customer service, good luck. Youll need it.

    Mint Mobile has charged me $118.00 too much and refuses to pay it back or put toward a future bill. My daughter and I have been on the Family plan since March. I am supposed to pay 75 dollars every 3 months, It comes to $82.24 after tax. A total of $328.96 per year. I have been charged $412.83 for 6 months. I have been charged 5 times since March. They have caused a negative balance in my bank account multiple times because I wasn't expecting to have to pay that month. They have also caused emotional distress". I have spoken to multiple people in customer service. When I asked to speak with an advisor, I was told "NO." A lady even hung up on me. They refuse to admit that they are charging me for 2 lines. Nowhere on their website or policies does it say "Per Line".

    On the third day of trying to activate my Mint Mobile account and transfer my number from ******** ******* has been more than helpful during this process. Mint has not. Their customer support is a call center, the customer support agents there can try and enter the same information into the same website and get the same error as you, but that is as much help as they can be. Tried using the chat help but every time I got connected to a real person they would close the chat window before I could reply. Very unsatisfied with customer support. Every effort I have made has resulted in no help for my problem. I needed this phone to work this week and it not working has likely cost me upwards of $1000. If i could give them zero stars i would. I'll never go see another ************************* movie again.

    My daughter's phone was blocked unceremoniously. No email to me (the account holder), nothing. I chat with an agent who informs me there was a fraud alert. I ask the agent to resolve this; he provides me with a number for ********************************* I called multiple times in the morning when the auto message indicated they should be open for business. I then called Mint **** service number to say the number isn't work. She proceeds to give me another number--for the US govt *********************** This line is to report Covid fraud! I try the first number again and now have been waiting for almost an hour. I would leave a message, but having done that already I don't expect them to call back. Apparently if they have any serious fraud issue, you can't expect any immediate action. I'm pretty sure we're done with these guys.

    Fraud Compliant:Wanted to purchase 2 unlimited plan for a year , when we spoke to the agent he gave an offer which was only valid for 24th of September, $15/month Unlimited Plan for a year.which regular price is $30/month. Despite of asking him over and over again he confirmed that the unlimited plan and price is $15/month for a year and we can continue this package throughout our entire life with same price $15/month .He asked us to make the decision by that very day, since the offer will not be valid from next day onwards, so we were convinced to purchase it and he took all the details but along with that he took our credit card info off the record, once we purchased the plan for $403.3 for 2 lines, we received a mail and by that time we were done speaking to that Agent.Unfortunately the email said its just a regular 5 GB plan for a year not Unlimited Plan. We informed multiple Supervisor regarding this fraud issue and informed their manager for the resolution but they did not provide any solution.We emailed to that manager but didn't get any reply from him yet.I am writing this review to get the ********************** attention with satisfactory solution and take action towards that agent for doing a fraud like an insensible person.

    My experience with MINT Mobile has been a nightmare. I signed up on a Sunday afternoon because their website made it seem that I'd be able to use their service right away with an eSIM The first eSIM did not work. Called them and they inform you they will send another, which might take 24 to 48 hours. Around 9PM I got the second eSIM but had the same errors. Called and they said was locked. I called prior carrier and ****** and they confirmed it was never locked. Monday morning, another eSIM after 3 hr wait. Tried while with theim on phone, still same error. She had me factory reset my phone! and tried again, still not working.Im furious, having reset and still not working - I ask to port my phone out but again they have to call you back so I ask for physical SIM which I had to ask! to not be charged for.I got the physical SIM wed at 4pm, when I called the person said they could not activate it, She created a Level 2 ticket without asking me any info on the physical SIM I received.Around 8:30 PM I saw messages on my other number that they could not work on my level 2 ticket because they did not have the bar code number from the physical SIM. I called and asked to talk to a L2 person, they dont budge. He took the code, opened another L2 ticket and said someone would call that night. NADA.Next day I call with the second L2 ticket. She says the phone had been activated around 8:30 pm the day before. It finally is working.Mint has a 7 day return policy from activation date, I ask my activation date be reset since I was 5 days without a phone. They say they can't. Bottom line, they do have humans answer the phone, they are trained to be extremely polite but unfortunately they either dont know what they are doing or are not given the agency or tools to do anything that strays even a little bit out of simple requests. I dont envy their job. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

    Mint Mobile Sales Reps lie to you about Expedited Shipping. They DO NOT ship expedited for Saturday or Sunday Delivery! They accepted my order telling me they would deliver my new phone overnight on Saturday 9/9/23. My order was placed on 9/8/23. They didn't get me my phone until 9/13/23 while they charged me the expedite fee. They refuse to refund me the expedited overnight shipping fee.I would have never ordered the expedited overnight shipping fee except that my old phone screen was failing and I could hardly even use it on 9/8/23 when I place my order.Customer service has been completely useless in my inquiries to refund the expedited shipping fee. They didn't send it expedited and it showed up 4 days later than I expected.The expedited fee was $29.99 as I recall. I want this fee fully refunded to me.Customer Service opened up a ticket for my inquiry, but they didn't due diligence in their investigation of this problem - especially the lies I was told during the sales process!They take on the attitude that they captured me as a customer and they don't have to provide services of customer satisfaction - even when they have told lies to get the business!!!

    I have been using this service as a customer for 2.5 years and had paid for a year in advance. However, I had to change my service provider due to issues with the area and service. When I called to request my account number and pin, I also asked for a refund for the remaining 6 months of unused service. Unfortunately, I was informed that the company did not provide refunds for unused service. The reason given was that, as a large company, they have specific procedures in place. I find this policy unacceptable and unfair. How is this a normal company procedure? When asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied the opportunity.

    Watch the return policy you have 7 days to get a refund. Keep your service active get the refund information, confirmation number. Then cancel the service I had to eat $83.92 because of this. I switched service was active, switched SIM cards then went for a refund and they wouldnt give me one. So just fyi dont eat crow like I did. I tried to get them to make an exception to refund my money but no such luck. So plz know this loophole before getting service with them and then changing your mind.
