    Every time I call mint mobile customer service, they yell me "the only way to fix this is to reset your phone " and then we r disconnected. Problem is never solved. But first you have to verify 15 minutes of your personal information every time you call back

    Service NEVER activated. They have been charging my card although I have called probably ***** times telling them to cancel. Nobody knows what theyre doing at this company. Why they wont stop charging me, I do not understand. Why they refuse refunds, I REALLY dont understand. Complete fraudulent sham of a company. Stay far away! I now need an entire new credit card.

    Setting aside the actual cell phone reception. It is pretty good if you are in a town or close to a tower. Driving between towns it gets pretty bad. Besides the actual cell phone reception, my biggest issue is if you decide to change to a different company. They will not give you your own account number because this is used to port your number to a different company. You need to either call them or chat with them. They will ask you over and over why you intend to leave Mint Mobile. They know that this is the only reason that people call to get their account number. Then, they absolutely refuse to give it to you unless you keep telling them over and over that you are leaving. This by far, it one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. And, I transferred 2 lines out and I had to go through the same process both times. *******, when people ask me in my office how it has been with mintI certainly tell them all about this. They want nothing to do with this type of service from you.

    The Worst! Don't do it! They will lie to you!! They stopped providing service on my Moto z4, didn't tell me and for a week my texting service was down. I know the price seems good but the service coverage is terrible. Dial outs don't connect, dropped calls and service coverage is poor. I live in a metro city! Wait! There is more! Their **************** will lie to you just to get you off the phone to meet their service key perfomance indicators. Then they told me they fixed the texting problem and did not. I was told 3x that I would receive a call back from **** and no one called. Now, I am forced to move my service and **** wants to keep my pre-paid un-used funds. Thiefs! After 8 calls, disconnected 3x and 2 supervisors I received my port numbers and decided on Consumer Cellular. The fine people at Consumer Cellular had to call Mint Mobile to get them to release my phone number. Mint told me it woud take at least 6 hours to port my phone due to a system "restriction" on my account and their workload. "RESTRICTION?" ***!? What a waste of time and productivity. OBTW, **** straight I got my refund! After threatening a lawsuit unless they released my number and returned my money, I still didn't get immediate satisfaction. I had to push for a supervisor and then a manager to speak with me. They said their back office was working on it and guaranteed I would get a call in 4 hours. It appears that so many people are leaving Mint that they have a backlog at the exit!! So far I've recorded 10 hours 44 minutes phone time with Mint mobile to fix their crap! Do not do it! You won't be happy with Mint!!! Horrible wast of my time! I would have left negative star ratings if possible.

    My phone became missing I wanted to shut it off to prevent unauthorized use or charges but I was told since I didn't have the phone it would remain active. So I am liable for what happens going forward. I have experienced poor call quality if I needed to call a relative or work I had to walk outside of my house to the elements to use the phone because it didn't work in the house.I am switching to a more reliable network. **************** is horrible.they treat there customers poorly.

    I've spent ************************************************* the mail. No confirmation email, no refunds on all the replacement **** they've charged me, even though they said I wouldn't be charged. So far I've used half of my first month and haven't been able to use my phone. They half a** tried to activate my phone and only managed to fail to do so, and after buying a new phone they refuse to mail me a sim card. They stole my phone number and refuse to send me a sim card to activate my phone.They also keep double charging me. The worst part is, that I'm locked out of every account I have that needs my phone to be an authenticator. No access to my bank accounts, credit cards, I can't pay my any of my bills as a result of their botched attempt to activate my phone. The only reason why I'm stuck with Mint Mobile is that they have my phone number, as soon as I can I'm moving to another carrier. **** ******** needs to think about how Mint Mobile treats their customers if he's going to put his name on it. It reflects poorly on him.

    I opened a family plan and set it up for 4 lines, all of them 20 gb/month for 12 *********** set up two lines correctly, but the other two were set up as unlimited and 3 months.After 7 phone calls to their "customer service", no one at **** was able to make the corrections needed. I finally gave up and changed the plans after the incorrect 3 month plans ended.That's when I discovered that I had beed over-charged. Mint charged me for 6 phone ******** took another 4 calls to customer service to get two refunds issued.Calling customer service is like banging your head against a brick wall. Their personnel are completely incompetent. They refuse to escalate your call to a supervisor, even when the representative admits that they don't have the technical capability or authority to make requested changes. I was connected to a supervisor once out of all my 11 calls, and that call got ********** experience has been horrible and I recommend that NO ONE should use this service unless you're willing to accept whatever plan the set up for you. It doesn't matter what you order; you get what you get and trying to fix it is futile and incredibly frustrating.

    We signed up with two lines of service with the Mint Mobile 5G plan. With our previous carrier, we never used more than 3GB in a month. The first month, both Mint lines supposedly went through 5G of data in a few days. After the data reloaded for the next month, we went through another 5G of data OVERNIGHT the first night. WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING. WHAT?? And it doesn't just slow down after you exceed the cap; the phone is pretty much useless. Repeated calls to customer service simply tell me that we're using up all the data and we can try turning mobile data off while we're near ****, which is ridiculous. To make things worse, I'm a dummy and pre-paid for a year to lock in a low rate.
