    Probably the best cellular provider I've used. I've had Sprint for about 17 years, ******** T-Mobile and now Mint the past 2 or 3 years. Time flies. In my area of ****************, the signal/service has been comparable to the other companies. So, given that I'm paying only $15 a month for identical service. It's a no-brainer to be with them. I pay in once a year, what my wife pays for her and her two kid's phones every single month. Tried telling her to save herself some money and switch as well, but she's too stubborn. She's actually on my T-Mobile plan that migrated from Sprint. I can't recommend them enough! Unfortunately, most people to BBB are here to complain, not accolade.

    Before you purchase service with Mint mobile be prepared to not have service for many days! I first tried the service in July 2022 which you only have the option to buy 3 months at a time. I paid it ($90 + $15-sim) and the service seemed to be great! Fast forward 3 months I decided to leave t-mobile and have mint mobile for my only service provider.. they had an issue with porting my number which lasted for 72 hours in which time I got fed up and called both carriers on 3 way. We got the issue resolved (I had to open a new line of service with T-Mobile) and my number ported in. Finally it looked as though we were back on track.. unfortunately my number didnt show as registered on my iPhone or in the mint mobile app, but apps that required my cell number started working again as before. I called in to mint mobile to let them know that my number was working properly but was not registered properly (I expressed that I did not want to change anything because it took soooo much work to get the device working) the rep assured me that he was not changing anything; two mins later the phone disconnects from the call and my phone showed SOS only.. so the rep decided to change my sim to an eSim which is not compatible with the new iPhones (13 pro ***** I called in using a friends phone to report the issue only to be told by **** -Mint Mobile Supervisor that the only thing that can be done is to order a new sim and wait for it to be mailed.. so now I have to wait another 3+ days to get a new sim (they dont have a store to pick up a sim). So in closing I will now be completely out of any working service for a week with no resolve or compensation for the inconvenience. I do not recommend the mint mobile service! They DO NOT have a technical department that you can speak with.. they can only email the technical department which never returns any messages and the customer service doesnt follow instructions! Take heed to my warning ?? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY CANT Deliver

    My phone has been unlocked from T-Mobile before I decided to move over to your network (confirmed)! I dont want to do anymore troubleshooting with customer service as this seems to be the issue that caused the problem! Your company needs real technicians that can assist customers with technical issues! I do not want you doing anything to my account (I Do Not Authorize Anyone To Touch My Account) unfortunately my experience is one of trama and I dont want to make it worst! If it was as simple as its made out to be, Im certain that this complaint would have never been filed I will wait around until a new SIM card arrives and I will see if everything is working properly after that. Worst Experience Ever!!!!

    I brought a phone and phone plan from Mint and the phone has never worked! They refused to give a refund on the plan even though the phone never worked and now I have to try to get the phone unlocked so I can get a different service. The worst experience Ive ever had with a business!

    Biggest scam and absolute waste of money!!!!I have been with Mint Mobile for more than a year. First few months, I really did not have any problems until the service got bad in the 3rd month. Calls will fail to go through even when we have service for random periods of time throughout the day and incoming calls directly go to the voicemail. This a long standing issue and customer service is equally horrendous where I have been put on for long waiting time and hung up on several times and been given irrelevant troubleshooting techniques that don't pertain to the issue. After customer service employees run out of responses from their prompt list, they completely stop responding to questions. As a result of their idea of troubleshooting, they charged me for an eSim, which a company should not charge for in the first place, especially when it was an issue on their end.Through this experience, I do not see how this company is still in business. Unauthorized charges were made to our credit card and they would not discuss refunding us for a service that does not work. Due to not having a working phone because of this company, we were forced to pick up a new service and lose a significant amount of money.

    I put the sim card in a hotspot and I have no access to it since it is installed in my rental property, now I can't login or reset my password because the only way is to receive the code in text message. But this is very inconvenient because the hotspot is not easy accessible. The fact that I can't login with email is super dumb (even I have already linked my email during activation). And customer service couldn't help at all.

    Horrible network, horrible customer service. The network has problems with ******* galaxy 20, and they can't fix it. I have spent hours on phone with them and on chat, no help. And, I have an active account paid for next 11 months, but cannot log in or reset login. Every time, the support rep gives different answer and "escalates" but nothing happens. So upset.

    I am new to ************* and i opted for Mint mobile 3 months service, after using it on my Redmi Note 7, i was satisfied and then i took 12 month plan. I paid in advance but immediately data was not working on my phone One of their customer care representative said they have upgraded their network and this phone is not supported,. What is my fault if you upgraded, you should have denied me the 12 month plan saying my phone will not be supported

    After 24+ hours and spending over $2,300 for two phones and two E-sim cards they're unable to send me a QR code or 11 digit code to activate service on one of my phones. I'm unable to make business calls or emergency calls since my number has been transferred to my new phone with no service.I would recommend a class action lawsuit. This company should be shut down.

    There is a saying in management that if you pay peanuts you will attract monkeys. So if you pay almost nothing for mobile service from mint mobile expect to get almost nothing. I have been trying to get my caller ID changed to my name. on September 12th they told me it would take 72 hours. Despite 8 separate calls to their customer service it was still not done even when they kept assuring me it was done. Finally, today September 30th, after speaking to a supervisor, they agreed to send me a replacement sim card.

    We have been with Mint Mobile for about a year and a half. Initially, everything went fine. Into our second year with them service got bad. Calls will fail even when we have service. We cannot make phone calls for random periods of time throughout the day, sometimes as long as 40 minutes. We understand that companies can have technical issues, but this a prolonged issue. We have 2 lines paid a year in advance with them and customer service has been zero help. We have been hung up on several times and been given irrelevant troubleshooting techniques that dont pertain to the issue.Customer service is atrocious. We have been hung up on several times. We have literally called 8 times, with no results. After customer service employees run out of responses from their prompt list, they completely stop responding to questions. As a result of their idea of troubleshooting, they charged us for about 3 attempts to use an eSim, which a company should not charge for in the first place, especially when it was an issue on their end. One of the last representatives stopped trouble shooting halfway through the call and left my phone without service, resulting in having to leave work early. When asked to speak to a manager, their response was that they do not have managers. We have never encountered a company without managers or supervisors. By about the 8th call, we learned of a "refund department" but was not allowed to speak to them. They can only be contacted through email by customer service representatives. We never got confirmation that a refund request was actually submitted. Through this experience we do not see how this company is still in business. Unauthorized charges were made to our credit card and they would not discuss refunding us for a service that does not work. Due to not having a working phone because of this company, we were forced to pick up a new service and lose a significant amount of money.
