1 starDon't waste your time or money on mint mobile. They do not answer their customer service chat. If they do they aren't helpful or barely help at all. If anything they'll give you a bandaid fix. If you call you never get a human or you're waiting an hour or more and you might have to get off the phone because you have a life. My issue in the year i had it was my service was NEVER good. My calls dropped constantly. My texts etc took forever. Everything lagged. I would have to go into my mobile networks, move it to the 2g. Wait. Move it back to 5g. And do that over and over. Multiple times a day.. I've complained and complained. I've emailed them. Called. And chatted. I've asked for help, asked for money off my bill until they help fix it and they ignore you. Like leave you on read or don't respond at all. Or the call ends. Then they tell you there can't be a refund because the time ran out or they just treat you like a number and don't even answer your questions or actually help you. I am personally going to try disputing with my bank. Don't waste your energy. I have screen shots too. Also to add: The phone numbers they don't recycle properly and my phone number i still had issues getting texts for a ***** or a ****. I couldn't even do cash app or chime because my freaking phone number was associated with them still. Oh and my bill was due today.. I had all day yesterday to pay it. It should have been turned off today. When I was trying to chat with them yesterday, and being left on read... They cancelled my account/suspended half way through me trying to talk to an agent! So they cancelled my plan early. Not crazy early. But they tried everything in their power not to have to give me a refund, not to actually ever help me, not to actually make sure I had service. Nothing. Didn't even try to keep me either. Do better mint mobileMint Mobile

1 starHorrible support from customer service. Really glad I never activated my phone number. If I had, I'm sure I could expect the same customer service. All customer service is out sourced to god knows where so it certainly won't be useful. I took too long to activate(45 days), I lost it, but was reconsidering joining. Now I have an envelope and SIM card that worthless, paid $85 for it. Glad I didn't jump all in on this company. I'll keep tmobile.ThanksMint Mobile

1 starThis company is scamming people! Having purchased a tariff for 3 months, I started using this operator, then I decided and calculated that it would be convenient for me to purchase the maximum tariff for a year, the next day I ran out of internet. I called support, asked if they can add MB? to which I received an answer: yes, you can, but you can also start your annual plan now. To which I agreed. After 9 months, I receive a notification that I need to pay my tariff. I did not understand this, after which I contacted the support chat and wrote it all down, but they told me that they could not help. After that I contacted support, they told me that they accepted my application and after 24 hours I will receive an answer, the next day I call again and tell the whole story and they tell me that they do not see anything and there is nothing recorded on my profile. They register my complaint, give me a complaint number, and how have I been contacting support with this number for a day and they tell me that there is still nothing, wait for ***** hours and they will let you know. To summarize: I paid the tariff for a year with the maximum unlimited, and I changed it to 3x monthly (which does not change anything except that you need to pay more). They deceive and also do not admit their guilt, they make fools of customers! And customers have to pay for it. If I could put 0 or -. I do not recommend this operator!Mint Mobile

1 starSAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT GET MINT MOBILE! They over charged my account and were unable to issue a refund. In fact, they couldn't give an itemized receipt showing exactly what was charged. They advised that I go through my credit card and stop payment which seems completely unethical. They are essentially making the credit card do their work for them. I also experienced connection issues, especially inside buildings such as a mall. People would call and leave a message and I wouldn't get it for days.Mint Mobile

1 starABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Hands down the worst experience with ANY service provider, ever. Bought a 3 month plan for 1 line and it never worked. Not at any point was the transfer successful. Not a single bar of service. No placed or received calls or texts. Nothing. Their customer service is completely useless also. I was on a "chat" for FOUR HOURS yesterday with various agents about fixing this issue, and eventually decided to port my phone number back out less than 24 hours after purchasing their service. If you ever want to leave Mint, they will make that seem like an impossible task also. They have to "generate" account numbers from the "back office" and they will withhold them for days causing you to be unable to switch to service that actually works. The whole thing is a joke- save your time and money.Mint Mobile

1 starIf I could rate this company lower, I would.I heard great things about ****************** and I was excited to sign up. $15 a month sounds like a fantastic deal! But I was one if the those customers who got screwed over my ******************. See, Im one of those people who have suicidal ideations, and I didnt have service for over a month. Not to mention that most of daily activities, like everyone else was tied my life operating as it should.I had consistently contacted ****************** **************** for assistance and I was patient. I also explained that I have suicidal ideation and needed a way to stay in contact with certain lines. If not for my friends and family contacting me through other means via WiFi, I dont know if I would be here right now making this complaint. I spoke to several representatives to get my phone back on, and each time my patience and sanity was waning because I was getting the help I needed from them. In fact, if I could sue ****************** right now, I would. This caused me undue stress because I couldnt not contact anyone for some time. On top of that, I had spent the last $50 I had. Luckily, and thank GOD I at least had WiFi. I couldnt even get a refund despite working with **************** to get my phone fixed. This company is a disgrace. And even now, when I want to get my phone number ported to a different company, the customer service team has yet to call me back AT ALL so I cant even get my situation rectified. DO NOT GO WITH MINT MOBILE!Mint Mobile

1 starTL/DR: ****'s phone porting system is too incompetent to identify correct account numbers from its own parent company and refuses to refund my money from the failed service after telling me that they would refund me. Please read the other reviews! I wish I would have...Full complaint:I was looking to lower the cost of my bill as an single line owner so I looked into Mint. I purchased an 3 month plan towards the end of May and begun the transfer process. I wanted to keep my number so I followed the steps to transfer my active number from T-Mobile to Mint (Mint actually uses T-Mobiles towers for cell service). Every single attempt failed as Mint kept stating that my account number was incorrect, which throughout 6 different phone calls with Mint (3 of which with T-Mobile reps on the line), T-Mobile confirms the account number I provided to Mint was correct. I was informed to wait a couple days each time to see if the process would go through. Now 2 months and 25 failed transfers later, lo and behold, I can no longer receive an refund for the service since they gave me a "temporary" number that has been activated and I have passed the 7-day refund period.If I wanted a new number, I would've done so, however, I only purchased Mint because their advertising and website stated that I could switch using my current number. Since I cannot use the service for what Mint advertised, now I'm out $60 bucks and still stuck with my astronomical phone bill anyway...so BUYER BEWARE!!Ps. After about 7 hours total of dealing with Mint's customer service, I've concluded that it's about on par with ****************** which is easily the worst in the US.Mint Mobile

1 starThink twice before using Mint Mobile! Mint Mobile sim numbers get compromised and data gets breached. Mint Mobile has no technical solution to verify your identity and restore your service if you lose your phone or you sim is highjacked! Mint Mobile will not notify you if anything happens to your account or data. They will take no responsibility. If you pay for your service in advance they will s**** you over and basically steal your money. Their **************** has never been helpful and confusing. Out of 20 times i called them to fix my problem they helped me exactly zero timesMint Mobile
