    AVOID MINT LIKE THE PLAGUE! 2 years ago I purchased a phone and a years service from Mint. No issue porting my number in from ***** Purchased another phone and years service from them last week. $352. Prior to purchase I was assured that my number would transfer over to the new phone. WRONG! It came with a new number. I called CS to have them put my old number on the phone. It cant be transferred in house! WHAT?! I went to *** Mobile to see if they could resolve my issue. They were told the same thing. New phone =new number. I purchased a phone and plan from them for $450 since I had been without a phone for a few days. I have been trying to return the phone for full credit plus full credit on my plan. I have been sent 2 emails with links but when opened it says page not found. I have spent 2 hours per day on the phone with CS for 5 days straight plus 2 hours at T Mobile (who owns Mint) My issue is still not resolved! Im told something different by each representative I have spoken with. I called the Florida corporate number today but reached CS in *************** instead. My next step will be to contact MC to challenge the charge. Mint has no intention of taking the phone back and cancelling my service! After a total of about 12 hours trying to resolve the issue..Im done! And, Mint, dont send me your automated reply about how sorry you are about this. Action, which is nonexistent, speaks louder than words!

    I purchased the 3 Month, 15GB Plan-Sim Kit. Order No. MT3360087 for a total of $52.35.I had zero bars of service in my area. The signal strength was **** db.I called Mint Mobile support. Mint Mobile verified I had no service. They said I would get a full refund in 7 to 10 days like the website said. I called 3 times, and never got my refund.I had to call my credit card company to get a refund.

    Mint Mobile is a scam. They advertise for new customers a 15 a month plan and never tell it is just for 3 months after the 3 months you have to pay ***** a month. SCAM they need to be shut down, If enough people report them they will be.

    Mint Mobile never take call. Also the robot and representative agency does not work effiently. I have been wating one hour and a half to be connected to the real person and have been waiting for the response for FOREVER. NEVER EVER GOING TO MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE HERE. WORSET SERVICE EVER.

    We have had Mint Mobile service for about a year and have been happy with their service.Recently, we ordered a replacement phone for one that was damaged. When the phone arrived, we tried to simply transfer the chip to the new phone, but that didn't work, so we ordered a new chip and tried to set up the phone. We spent hours on the phone with customer service over the next few weeks, when we had the time and patience to do so. We were repeatedly told to reset settings, check for software updates, etc. We were told several times that the issue had been "escalated" to a higher service level, but never heard back from them, although they claimed to call two different phone numbers, but it never connected through.Finally, last night I spent hours on the phone with them, having them make excuses and saying they would "escalate" the complaint. Our call was "dropped" a couple of times. Finally, I had the idea that the problem could be with the phone itself, not with the programming, chip, etc. We took out the chip and put it in the old phone. It worked fine. I called ********* and they said the phone, which had be sold as new, had actually been initially activated in March of 2021, so it was out of warranty and they could not help. We called Mint back and told them that they had defrauded us by selling a refurbished phone as new and, therefore, had committed fraud, and needed to send us a new phone. They told us that they didn't take returns after 7 days. I repeated that they had defrauded us. Finally, they told us, that they would send us a new phone after we sent this one back. I countered that they would send the new phone before we sent back the refurbished one. The problem is that, having wasted so much time, we may not get the phone before we have to go out of town. They wasted weeks of our time trying to fix the phone that was unusable.

    Mint coverage is fine, just like TMobile. The customer service is beyond ridiculous. I had to place an order twice because they didnt ask for my shipping address and sent it to my billing address which I wasnt there to receive it. I called mint mobile the very next day and they said they would cancel the first order. The point is ** still waiting for a refund for the first order. I have evidence of an email from Mint mobile saying I will receive a refund in exact amount. I had to request a dispute with my credit card company. The refund department handled this issue very poorly. Nobody looked into this issue further to why its taking so long because the 7 to 10 days as many times promised has been over a month now. Its been very frustrating, no rep from Mint had a resolution about this. Im still waiting on my refund.

    I thought I had lost my phone at the store, but it was returned after purchasing another from Mint. Since I didn't need it, I put it up in my drawer in the box. I figured nice to have a back up. Almost a year later (my son had moved in) I decided to see if he could get it to work cause I had plugged it in and couldn't get it to charge. He tried and couldnt either. We called Mint and asked where we could send it to get it fixed. We sent it return reciept.. This was last March !! The lady decided to just refund it instead of fixing it. Every time I call to get an update on my refund, I have to tell my story over and over and over and now they are telling me its too late for a refund, so I try to explain the story and every single time I do I just get nowhere. They won't let me speak to a supervisor or anyone other than the call center folks. Appearently No NOTES on accounts, really ??? . In the process I did a chat about getting a ****** pixel phone to purchase but they were out of them, afterward when he asked if he could help me with anything else, I asked about my refund, and hour and a half later I thought I made some progress as they said the phone was (somewhere) needing to be in their warehouse and they would have it sent there. Then I would get an email with the status of the refund. That was ***** its August so I emailed them 3 days ago and still haven't heard back. So I decided to do this after seeing all the complaints. Bottom line, they have my phone, and the $325.00 I paid for it. I pay yearly for my phone service, just paid for another year in June. Where do I go from here ? I have never dealt with a company that is run this poorly, EVER !!

    MINT Mobile is a SCAM!!!! After pre=paying for up to three months and being told not 5 but about 10 times form different representatives about the great service we would receive in our area. I WAS NEVER REALLY ABLE TO USE IT!! No signal EVER!!! I have a ton and I mean a ton of screenshots from each day, throughout the days of how I had zero service. Calls support 100 times and always the same...Turns out after much research MINT IS a lie, there service is slow and garbage I mean garbage!! Don't get fooled and robbed for your money like I did.

    I've used mint unlimited plan for last 22 months. I live in the middle of a city with 2.5 million people and service has always been spotty. Calls frequently break up (or simply can't be sent), texts fail to send and data is only occasionally enough to stream video (frequently there's no data at all).I've called Mint multiple times about the poor service. They've always blamed it on tower maintenance, but when they "connect me to another tower" the service is just as bad. ??Just brought this all up to customer service and requested a prorated refund for the last 2 months of my subscription so I can leave already, they refused.Get what you pay for holding up strong in Mint's case.

    Mint mobile coverage was fine. Their customer service is why I give the low stars. I have had a few issues that I've needed resolved and every time I try to work with customer service on the phone or chat it takes HOURS. They take forever to get a in contact with a human being. It is incredibly frusterating and I don't have HOURS to resolve a 10 minute issue.
