    I purchased a phone as a Christmas gift for a relative one month before Christmas. First, I called and spoke to a Mint Mobile sales *** and asked if it could be returned if the gift recipient did not want it. I was told that I had 7 days from the date of activation, not delivery and that would be fine. Well, the recipient did not want it and I called for a refund within 7 days of phone activation. I was then told their return policy is 7 bdays from delivery. I would have never bought the phone if their sales *** did not assure me I could return it 7 days after after activation-not *********** aware that their sales ***s are telling lies to sell phones. If this is not fraud-I do not know what is. What a low rent phone company!

    Tell you one thing pay another!Our bill was 107 for two phones promotional, the 140 after that. Instead its 140 a line. 107 to 280 after a $5 a month promotion. The math makes no sense. We were forced to pay or lose our phone numbers. They blocked us from being able to port to another carrier. Gave us the impression to pay or we could start receiving threats.

    Where do I start?First Mint Mobiles advertising is purposely misleading. They dont tell you that only the first three months are $15.00 a month for unlimited then it bumps up to over $43.87 a month. Second, they state in their advertising that there are no hidden fees and your billing breakdown even shows the fees and what you will be billed. For instance at the $40.00 a month plan you would be charged $120.00 every three months so imagine my surprise when Im charged $131.63! Well guess what? After speaking with customer service which is not easy to get to a live person there are hidden fees that increase your bill from $120.00 a month to $131.63 a month. Lets talk about their cell and data service. In short its absolutely horrible. 95% of the time I cant browse the internet or any apps like ********, TikTok and so on. I either get not connected to network or I just get a loading icon on my screen that never disappears and never loads. Sending texts and attachments can be mind numbingly painful and take for ever with repeated attempts at resending. To further help everyone else out let me state that I have a family plan with three lines and every line / phone experiences the exact same issues so its not a phone issue, its a network (mint mobile) issue and oddly enough it works better in the rural areas than it does in the city or more populated areas where theres more cell towers, try and figure that one out.All in all I strongly advise anyone looking to hopefully save money on cell service to avoid Mint Mobile, horrible coverage of any and prices are higher than most ever other option out there. Needless to say Im leaving Mint Mobile, worst cell phone service provider Ive ever dealt with!!!

    Mint mobile is such a scam!At first you had to pay three months at a time and it wasnt $15 like **** ******** is saying now hes such a freaking con artist its like so ******** I have Visible which is so much less and never had a problem because you know why its owned by ******* that *** never had a problem. I had it for over two years. Dont be stupid and get men you need to go to Visible.

    Everything was fine until I went to renew my plan. I switched to Mint because I heard of their $45 for 3 month, unlimited data 'new customer' special. I went to pay for a different plan in advance on December 20th, and did pay for a 6 month, 15 GB a month plan for $164. My three month plan wasn't over until the 26th. I assumed I would still get service/data/all that. ****. As soon as I paid for the six month plan, no data, whatsoever. I tried talking with customer service, most of them didn't understand what I was even talking about, and it's not that hard to understand... I literally just wanted my data. I tried everything the site said to do if you have trouble with service, even switched over to eSim - which I got like four or five - none of those worked either. Today is the 28th of December, and yesterday I was supposed to have service again, or so I had hoped.... STILL NO SERVICE. It's either really crappy service or some scam. Like I said, everything had been fine up until I paid for a different plan. It is still so difficult and customer service was no help. Also, multiple times I would try to go to a certain page on ****'s website, like the return policy terms, and the link wouldn't work. Just weird man.I am still so frustrated and confused and annoyed and I just want my money back and be done with it all. I requested a refund because I am not going to waste my money on a plan that promises service but doesn't give it. And I hope I get this refund back because I literally cannot afford to put my money into a poopy mobile carrier service.

    The customer service was just people trying to sale mint mobile at any cost. I jumped through hoops to get my account number AND STILL DIDNT GET IT! The *** I talked to said my email was still in the process of being validated yet she accepted it to validate who I was and if the acct is mine! When I asked her about it and told her I got an email saying my email was accepted she said it's still being validated. Total run around and BS. I need my old number but it's not worth it to have to hear lies from the service ***s...service that's funny. My advice, they may be cheaper but the service wasn't that great. This should tell you how the service is, I bought a straight talk phone through ******* and it's better service than Mint. Avoid getting sucked in by cheap prices, you get what you pay for!     I bought a new pixel 9 from them online during the black Friday sale. Everything was going good and I had honestly already been using them for about 4 months no problem but when I got my new phone and everything they would not let me use the 1 year service I paid for! I spent a ton of time on the phone with so called "customer service" and got absolutely nothing worked out! After all that I was just like please refund me for the year of service I bought and they wouldn't! They said it was too late to refund it, it has to be within 7 days of purchase when I'm quite certain it says 7 days of activation! I fr don't care either give me the service I bought or give me my money back! They still have not responded to me, absolutely disgusting! They literally are trying to just steal my money and act like it's my fault.

    Day 4 of trying to transfer to Mint Mobile, and so far has been a complete waste of my time. I mean no rude customer service agents, but it still is not helpful at all that they politely waste my time withought ability to help, AND I AM NOT TRYING TO LEAVE *** TRIED TO JOIN... 5 LINES..!

    Sounds like Mint Mobile is running a scam company now. Thanks **** ******** for supporting this ************ I am having the same problem as loads of other people recently.I ordered a Pixel Pro 8 with 1 year, 20 ********** with a physical sim card and paid extra for overnight shipping as my old phone needed to be ***laced. I received the phone and sim card on Mon, Dec. 9th, downloaded the Mint app and tried to activate it that evening. After multiple attempts I kept getting asked for a phone number and password, which I had not set up yet obviously so could not provide.I called customer service on Tues. Dec. 10th. After an hour I was told the following things:My order number did not ******** tracking number could not be looked up because the ***** site was down. (I opened and looked at my tracking information on ***** while being told this.)Then miraculously they found my info!I was told my sim number had been shipped in error since another customer was already using it.Their solution was to mail me another sim card that I would receive in 3 - 5 business days! I had already paid for express shipping and this was their error so I wanted it ASAP. I suggested they email me an esim and the *** said they would. Problem solved right? Nope...As of Mon I had nothing. I called again and was told there was no history of my contacting anyone at ****. Stupid me to forget to ask for a ticket # and trust they weren't lying to me about the resolution.However they told me they could get me an esim and transferred me to sales, who could not help because the original purchase was part of a bundle. Transferred to another person who spent some time helping and claimed I would have an esim emailed to me by the end of the day. I still have nothing.Another call today gets me an assurance that it is still pending and I will receive it today. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone and still don't have my new phone working yet. So far a crappy, crappy company that lies.
