    Mint was unable to make my phone work. Made multiple calls to tech support and online chats. Cancelled within the 7 days but they refused to refund. Every agent a contacted said they would take care of the refund, but none of them followed through with it. They would all say their was no record of it. As I kept trying to get the refund for a whole month, they said it was now too late. I requested a refund 5 different times for service I never received.

    They advertise international operability and even sell cell/data chunks for "international use", but on our trip to ****** neither of our phones would work (iphone and android models). So we got a ******* sim card for the android and were able to use the iphone, but only when on wifi. Their customer service was worthless. On our return we immediately returned to Xfinity which is more expensive, but also reliable in ****** and ******.

    Nothing but trouble from start to finish, They fake you out with customer service, I got lost in hours of helpless chats and phone calls. My service never actually worked. We did not have service after getting an e-sim for two days and then I had essentially no service if I was not on WIFI. Please avoid this company.

    I recently moved service from another carrier to Mint Mobile attracted by their low rates and per their site good coverage and phone compatibility. Leery of misinformation on their site I double checked with their agents about the coverage and phone compatibility. The same day my service was activated I realized that Mint grossly overstated their coverage in my area. It took 60 mins to set up service on my phone and all seemed well until an hour later when I had no service. Another 90 mins later their agent couldn't resolve the problem and opened a ticket for their "advance" support team. I was assured the problem would be resolved in ***** hours. The next day I contacted them about an update only to find out the ticket was closed and there was NO communication to me. Not by email or call/text to an alternate number I provided. Another 90 mins later I finally get a hold of a manager who told me my phone was locked and that was the ONLY reason for the problems. I asked him to call me on my phone while I walked down the street and low and behold I got his call. It's clear they do NOT know what they are doing. He finally apologized for their site & *********** me bad information (lies) and admitted to very weak signal in my area as well as phone compatibility with their towers. Total bait and switch. I contacted them the next day to get a passcode to port my number to another carrier and had to relive the entire scenario all over again for 30 mins before they gave me the passcode. Stay Away from this dishonest business.

    Purchase three phones didn't work with mint mobile very dishonest company spend two weeks without service and no help even talk to several of the supervisor and they tell me the truth finally supervisor told me to purchase a net mobile phone it would work great got the phone and it did not work cancel the service and they did not return refund

    Mint coverage in my area was bad. Eventually I decided to try a different provider. When I called Mint to have my number transferred, the associate did not notify me that I first have to ask for refund of the money I had on the account before closing it (I believed that should be automatic). So, now the company refuses to return me the remaining sum. I don't think that's fair or legit.

    We regret our decision to switch to Mint Mobile. We have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service trying to get one phone number switched over. It's been at least 3 weeks at this point and it's still not done. We call and they keep transferring us back to our previous cell phone provider. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. I reached out to Mint on other social media in a desperate attempt to get help and they stopped responding to me. This doesn't surprise me in the least. I wish we had checked here before making the switch.

    I ordered a phone from Mint Mobile in January and this issue has yet to be resolved. I asked for a refund, I spoke to several agents by phone and text messages and still haven't received my refund. I returned the phone and no answer yet.

    I switched over to Mint mobile to their 10GB plan knowing that I had used, on average, 2gb of data per month (I checked the last years phone bills). The switch was easy, but after two days the Mint Mobile app said I used 2gb of data already! When I called to get assistance, they told me to shut turn off data usage on my phone, which defeats the purpose of having a phone. They also told me they have no way to show me a breakdown of the data I used. After that I reset my data usage tracking on my phone and after another two days, I used nowhere near that amount of data - I changed no behaviors in those two days. How is this not fraudulent? My partner bought the "unlimited" 32gb plan and it worked fine for 2 months. Then suddenly stopped working completely. He called Mint, they said he used his data for the month, and it should be slow. His phone was not working AT ALL! No data available, no voicemail or calling possible. He went back to a major carrier and switched back over and his phone immediately worked again.

    Sorry, Mint Mobile, I left your service already after spoke with customer service MULTIPLE times and requested to speak to someone who is a decision maker (I was denied speaking to a supervisor or decision maker) I was also told on multiple occasions that you have no way to show customers details about their data usage. I am sorry, but even if you would have someone reach out to assist me, it would be of very little help.
